O Sacred Heart of Jesus, I place all my trust in You. You are the source of all love, all mercy, and all compassion.

Fill my heart with Your divine love, and grant me the gift of humility, gentleness, and kindness.

May Your Heart, which beats with love for me, be the guiding force in my life. Help me to love You more and more each day, and to love others as You have loved me.

Let us pray 🙏

Dear Mother Mary

Today we come to you with hearts heavy with sorrow, praying for those who are struggling to find hope and meaning in their lives.

Many are facing unbearable hardships, feeling lost and alone, and tempted to give up on life.
Please mother comfort them in their sorrow, and reassure them that they are not alone.
Remind them that you, too, knew suffering and hardship, and that you understand their pain and also make them understand dear Mother, that you are the Mother of Hope.

You are the one who showed us that even in the darkest moments, there is always a way forward.
You are the one who modeled for us the virtues of faith, perseverance, and trust.

So we ask that you would inspire those who are struggling to hold on to hope.
Give them the courage to face another day, dear Mother.
Help them to see that they are strong, capable, and loved.

May this prayer bring comfort and hope to those who are struggling, AMEN 🙏

Dear mother Mary ,

We come to you with hearts heavy with sorrow, seeking comfort and solace in your loving presence.

As we navigate the challenges and trials of life, we find ourselves in need of your gentle care and guidance.

Just as you stood by the cross of Jesus, suffering with Him and for Him, we ask that you would stand by us in our own suffering.

Comfort us, dear Mother, with your loving words and presence.
wrap your arms around us, and hold us close, that we may feel the warmth of your love and the peace that only you can bring.

As the blessed mother of Jesus, you know the joy and challenges of motherhood.
We ask for your intercession and guidance, that you would pray for us before the throne of God.

Mother Mary, you are the patroness of families and the protector of the unborn.
We pray that you would watch over those who are seeking marriage, that they would find a loving partner who shares their values and faith.

We ask that you would intercede for us before your Son, Jesus, that He may grant us mercy, forgiveness, and healing.

Pope’s Jubilee message inspires Cuban government to release 553 prisoners....

The Cuban government has announced that it will release 553 prisoners in honour of the 2025 Jubilee year and Pope Francis’s accompanying message about governments “restoring hope”.

In a statement dated 14 January, the Cuban Ministry of Foreign Affairs said:

President [Miguel] Díaz-Canel sent a letter to the supreme pontiff in which, in the spirit of the Ordinary Jubilee of 2025 declared by His Holiness and which has just begun, he communicated the decision to benefit by granting freedom to 553 people sanctioned in due process for various crimes established by law.
