L'enfant qu'elle a conçu vient du Saint-Esprit.

Mt 1, 1-16.18-23

Généalogie de Jésus-Christ, fils de David, fils d'Abraham.

Abraham engendra Isaac ; Isaac engendra Jacob ; Jacob engendra Juda et ses frères ; Juda engendra Pérets et Zara de Tamar ; Pérets engendra Hetsron ; Hetsron engendra Aram ; Aram engendra Aminadab ; Aminadab engendra Nahshon ; Nahshon engendra Salmon ; Salmon engendra Boaz de Rahab ; Boaz engendra Obed de Ruth ; Obed engendra Jessé ; Jessé engendra le roi David.

David engendra Salomon de la femme d'Urie, Salomon engendra Roboam, Roboam engendra Abija, Abija engendra Asaph, Asaph engendra Josaphat, Josaphat engendra Joram, Joram engendra Ozias, Ozias engendra Jotham, Jotham engendra Achaz, Achaz engendra Ézéchias, Ézéchias engendra Manassé, Manassé engendra Amos, Amos engendra Josias, Josias engendra Jekonia et ses frères, au moment de la déportation à Babylone.

Après la déportation à Babylone, Jekonia engendra Salathiel, Salathiel engendra Zorobabel, Zorobabel engendra Abiud, Abiud engendra Éliakim, Éliakim engendra Azor, Azor engendra Tsadok, Tsadok engendra Achim, Achim engendra Éliud, Éliud engendra Éléazar, Éléazar engendra Matthan, Matthan engendra Jacob, et Jacob engendra Joseph, l'époux de Marie, de laquelle naquit Jésus, appelé Christ.

Voici comment se produisit la naissance de Jésus-Christ. Marie, sa mère, était fiancée à Joseph ; or, avant qu'ils aient habité ensemble, elle se trouva enceinte par l'action du Saint-Esprit. Joseph, son époux, qui était un homme juste et ne voulait pas la dénoncer publiquement, projeta de la répudier secrètement. Tandis qu’il réfléchissait à cela, voici qu’un ange du Seigneur lui apparut en songe et lui dit : « Joseph, fils de David, n’aie pas peur de prendre Marie pour femme, car l’enfant qu’elle porte sera enceinte. L’enfant qu’elle porte vient du Saint-Esprit, et elle enfantera un fils, et tu lui donneras le nom de Jésus, car c’est lui qui sauvera son peuple de ses péchés. »

Tout cela arriva afin que s’accomplisse ce que le Seigneur avait annoncé par le prophète : « Voici, la vierge concevra et enfantera un fils, et on lui donnera le nom d’Emmanuel », ce qui signifie : « Dieu est avec nous. »

Abraham engendró a Isaac, Isaac a Jacob, Jacob a Judá y sus hermanos, Judá a Pérez y Zara con Tamar, Pérez a Hezrón, Hezrón a Aram, Aram a Aminadab, Aminadab a Naasón, Naasón a Salmón, Salmón a Booz con Rahab, Booz a Obed con Rut, Obed a Jesé, Jesé al rey David.
David engendró a Salomón con la esposa de Urías; Salomón engendró a Roboam; Roboam engendró a Abías; Abías engendró a Asaf; Asaf engendró a Josafat; Josafat engendró a Joram; Joram engendró a Uzías; Uzías engendró a Jotam; Jotam engendró a Acaz; Acaz engendró a Ezequías; Ezequías engendró a Manasés; Manasés engendró a Amós; Amós engendró a Josías; Josías engendró a Jeconías y sus hermanos, en el momento de la deportación a Babilonia. Tras la deportación a Babilonia, Jeconías engendró a Salatiel, Salatiel a Zorobabel, Zorobabel a Abiud, Abiud a Eliaquim, Eliaquim a Azor, Azor a Sadoc, Sadoc a Aquim, Aquim a Eliud, Eliud a Eleazar, Eleazar a Matán, Matán a Jacob, y Jacob a José, esposo de María, de quien nació Jesús, llamado el Cristo.

Así fue el nacimiento de Jesucristo. María, su madre, estaba comprometida con José, pero antes de que se unieran, quedó embarazada por obra del Espíritu Santo. Su esposo José, por ser un hombre justo y no querer exponerla a la deshonra pública, planeó divorciarse de ella en secreto.
Mientras pensaba en esto, un ángel del Señor se le apareció en sueños y le dijo: «José, hijo de David, no temas tomar a María por esposa, porque el hijo que ha concebido quedará encinta». Porque el hijo que ha concebido es del Espíritu Santo, y dará a luz un hijo, y le pondrás por nombre Jesús, porque él salvará a su pueblo de sus pecados.

Todo esto sucedió para que se cumpliera lo que el Señor había dicho por medio del profeta: «La virgen concebirá y dará a luz un hijo, y le pondrán por nombre Emanuel», que significa «Dios está con nosotros».

Dice el Señor.

This is how the birth of Jesus Christ occurred. When his mother Mary was engaged to Joseph, but before they came together, she was found to be with child through the Holy Spirit. Her husband Joseph, because he was a righteous man and did not want to expose her to public disgrace, planned to divorce her quietly.
But while he was considering this, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream and said, "Joseph, son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary as your wife, for the child she has conceived will be with child." For the child conceived in her is from the Holy Spirit, and she will bear a son, and you shall call his name Jesus, for he will save his people from their sins.”
All this took place to fulfill what the Lord had spoken through the prophet: “Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel,” which means, “God is with us.”

Observaban para ver si sanaría en sábado.

Del Evangelio según San Lucas
Lucas 6:6-11

Un sábado, Jesús entró en la sinagoga y comenzó a enseñar. Había allí un hombre con la mano derecha paralizada. Los escribas y fariseos lo observaban atentamente para ver si sanaría en sábado, para así encontrar algo de qué acusarlo.

Pero Jesús conocía sus intenciones y le dijo al hombre de la mano paralizada: «Levántate y ponte de pie aquí». Él se levantó y se puso de pie.

Entonces Jesús les dijo: «Les pregunto: ¿Es lícito en sábado hacer el bien o hacer el mal, salvar una vida o destruirla?». Mirando a todos a su alrededor, le dijo al hombre: «Extiende la mano». Él lo hizo, y su mano sanó.

Pero ellos se enfurecieron y comenzaron a discutir entre sí qué podrían hacerle a Jesús.

Évangile selon Luc

Luc 6,6-11

Un jour de sabbat, Jésus entra dans la synagogue et se mit à enseigner. Il y avait là un homme dont la main droite était paralysée. Les scribes et les pharisiens l'observaient attentivement pour voir s'il guérirait un malade le jour du sabbat, afin de trouver un motif d'accusation.

Mais Jésus, connaissant leurs pensées, dit à l'homme à la main paralysée : « Lève-toi et tiens-toi là. » Il se leva et se tint là.

Alors Jésus leur dit : « Je vous le demande : est-il permis, le jour du sabbat, de faire du bien ou de faire du mal, de sauver une vie ou de la perdre ? » Puis, les regardant tous, il dit à l'homme : « Étends ta main. » Il l'étendit, et sa main fut guérie.

Alors, ils furent furieux et se mirent à discuter entre eux de ce qu'ils pourraient faire à Jésus.

La Parole du Seigneur.

Luke 6:6-11
From the Gospel according to Luke

One Sabbath, Jesus entered the synagogue and began to teach. A man was there whose right hand was withered. The scribes and Pharisees were watching him closely, to see if he would heal him on the Sabbath, so that they might have something to accuse him of.
But Jesus knew their thoughts, and he said to the man with the withered hand, "Get up and stand here!" He got up and stood there.
Then Jesus said to them, "I ask you: Is it lawful on the Sabbath to do good or to do harm, to save life or to destroy it?" And looking around at them all, he said to the man, "Stretch out your hand!" He did so, and his hand was healed.
But they, beside themselves with rage, began to discuss with one another what they might do to Jesus.

Mt 18:15-20

En aquel tiempo, Jesús dijo a sus discípulos:
«Si tu hermano peca contra ti, ve y repréndelo a solas. Si te escucha, habrás ganado a tu hermano. Pero si no te escucha, lleva contigo a una o dos personas más, para que todo lo que digas sea confirmado por el testimonio de dos o tres testigos. Si se niega a escucharlos, díselo a la iglesia; pero si se niega incluso a la iglesia, considéralo como un pagano y un publicano.
En verdad les digo que todo lo que aten en la tierra quedará atado en el cielo, y todo lo que desaten en la tierra quedará desatado en el cielo.
También les digo que si dos de ustedes se ponen de acuerdo en la tierra para pedir cualquier cosa, mi Padre que está en los cielos se la concederá. Porque donde dos o tres se reúnen en mi nombre, allí estoy yo en medio de ellos.»

If he listens to you, you have gained your brother.
From the Gospel according to Matthew
Mt 18:15-20

At that time, Jesus said to his disciples:
"If your brother sins against you, go and tell him his fault, between you and him alone. If he listens to you, you have gained your brother. But if he does not listen, take one or two more along with you, so that every word may be confirmed by the evidence of two or three witnesses. If he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the church; but if he refuses even to the church, let him be to you as a Gentile and a tax collector.
Truly I say to you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.
Again, truly I say to you, if two of you agree on earth about anything you ask, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven. For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I in the midst of them."
