GLCTIPS: How to stay focused during quiet time.

Quiet time is more than simply reading a passage and moving on.

It is intentionally choosing to slow down. Be still before God, listen to Him through His Word, respond through prayer, reflection, and obedience.

Unfaithfulness doesn’t begin with actions alone—it often starts in the heart. As Jesus says in Matthew 5:28, lustful thoughts already reveal a wandering heart before outward sin takes place.

Tonight, let’s come together in sincere prayer, asking God to renew our hearts and help us live out our faith with intentionality, purity, and obedience.

But under the lens of God’s faithfulness, loyalty isn’t swayed by momentary feelings or circumstances, but a reflection of a heart that chooses to honor God through the commitments He entrusts.
