Nella Chiesa si trova la Ca****la Brancacci, capolavoro universalmente noto per gli affreschi del ciclo delle storie di San Pietro di Masaccio e Masolino. Eseguiti negli anni 1425-1427 gli affreschi rimasero incompiuti e furono terminati da Filippino Lippi fra il 1481 e il 1482.
