The Power of His Resurrection.

Philippians 3:10 That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death;

The resurrection is not just an event we remember—it is a power we experience.

When Jesus rose from the grave, He didn’t just conquer death; He shattered every limitation that binds humanity—fear, sin, despair, and hopelessness.

The same power that rolled the stone away is still at work today, breathing life into what seems dead, restoring what feels lost, and giving hope where there was none.

The resurrection is more than history—it is transformation.

It is the assurance that no matter how dark the night, morning will come. And today, we are invited not just to believe in the resurrection, but to live in the power of it.

The resurrection of Jesus Christ is not a quiet moment in history—it is the greatest demonstration of power the world has ever known.

When the stone was rolled away, it wasn’t just a grave that opened—it was eternity breaking into time.

Death was defeated, hell was shaken, and the impossible became reality.

And here is the truth we must grasp today: that same resurrection power is not locked in the past—it is alive, active, and available to us right now.

The question is not whether the resurrection happened… the question is, are we living in its power?

Manny don't believe that he was risen.and end their lives a mess.

1.Proves He is The Savior.

A.Proven by facts..

1.Validate old testament fulfilled prophecies

The Messiah Would Suffer and Die

“He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows… he was wounded for our transgressions…Isaiah 53:3–5

This prophecy clearly describes the suffering of Christ long before crucifixion was even practiced.

He Would Not Remain in the Grave

“For thou wilt not leave my soul in hell; neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption.”
Psalms 16:10

This is a direct prophecy of the resurrection—His body would not decay.

2.Validates by the angels.angel confirmed it He is Risen

Matthew 28:5 And the angel answered and said unto the women, Fear not ye: for I know that ye seek Jesus, which was crucified. 28:6 He is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay.

3.Validates by the eye witnesses .

“He was seen of Cephas, then of the twelve… after that, he was seen of above five hundred brethren at once…”
— Corinthians 15:5–6

The resurrection is not a myth—it was witnessed by many.

4.Validate Jesus Himself..

John 2:19–21
“Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up… he spake of the temple of his body.”

Jesus foretold His resurrection. When it happened, it validated everything He said about Himself.

The Fact of Fulfilled Prophecy.
No one else in history has fulfilled so many specific prophecies.

From His birth to His death and resurrection, Jesus fulfilled what was written hundreds of years before.

This is powerful evidence that:

1.God’s Word is true.

2.Jesus is the promised Messiah

3.The resurrection is a verified reality.

B.Practice of Faith in Him is Truth and it is not in vain.

The resurrection of Jesus Christ not only proves who He is—it proves that faith in Him works. Is not worthless is not meaningless.is truth.

Christianity is not theory; it is a living, experienced reality. Those who place their faith in the risen Christ discover that His promises are true.

Our Faith in Christ Is Not in Vain
“And if Christ be not risen, then is our preaching vain, and your faith is also vain.”
— 1 Corinthians 15:14
The resurrection validates our faith. Without ressurection , faith would be empty—but because He lives, our faith is alive and effective.

Because the resurrection is proven by fact:

We can trust Jesus as the only Savior
Our faith is not blind—it is grounded in truth.
We can have confidence in every promise of God.

We should believe his ressurection.and not doubted in it because Faith That Saves Is Proven True, if we believe in his ressurection..

“That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved .Romans 10:9

Saving faith is centered on the resurrection. When we believe, we are not trusting a dead figure—but a living Savior.

The resurrection proves that faith in Jesus is not empty—

it is reliable, powerful, and true. When we put our trust in Him, we stand on a foundation that cannot fail.

The Resurrection Is the Core of Christian Faith.

Remove the resurrection, and there is no gospel, no salvation, and no hope.

But because He lives, everything we believe has meaning and power.

Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel… how that Christ died for our sins… and that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures.”
— First Epistle to the Corinthians 15:1–4

The gospel is not complete without the resurrection. It is the cornerstone that holds the message together.

Without the resurrection:
Preaching has no power..
Faith has no foundation..
Salvation has no certainty.
Living miserable.

But thanks God He was rose from the dead defeated death.

2.Power of His Resurrection Brings new life…

Philippians 3:10 That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death;

A.a new creatures living

The resurrection of Jesus Christ is not only something we believe—

it is something we experience. When a person truly comes to Christ,

His resurrection power brings new life.

The old life passes away, and a new life begins.

True Faith in Him Produces Real Change.

Faith in the risen Savior transforms lives:

Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.2 Corinthians 5:17

Salvation is not self-improvement—it is transformation.

Raised to Walk in Newness of Life.

“Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead… even so we also should walk in newness of life.”
Romans 6:4

Just as Christ rose from the dead, believers rise spiritually:

1.From sin to righteousness

2.From darkness to light.

3.From death to life

Resurrection Power Works Within Us.

“…the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe… which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead…”
—Ephesians 1:19–20

The same power that raised Jesus is now at work in the believers
Power to overcome sin
Power to change desires
Power to live a holy life.

“I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me…”
Galatians 2:20

The new creature does not live for self anymore—Christ lives through them.

This is the evidence of true resurrection power.

The resurrection is not only something we believe—it is something we experience. It gives us power to live differently every day.

When resurrection power brings new life, it produces:.
A changed heart
New desires ,love righteousness.
A love for God
A turning away from sin.

Have you experienced this new life in Christ?

Is there clear evidence that you are a new creature?

The power of His resurrection does more than promise life after death—

it gives new life right now. Those who belong to Christ are no longer the same, change is Possible ,transformation is real,

—they are new creatures living in His power.

B.a Heavenly purpose..Godly desires
Paul serve Jesus Christ.

When Christ gives new life, He also gives a new purpose—

a heavenly one. We are no longer living just for this world, but for eternity.

If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God.”Colossians 3:1

The resurrected life shifts our focus:

From earthly desires → to heavenly priorities

From temporary goals → to eternal purpose

A new creature has a new mindset.

We begin to value what God values and pursue what pleases Him..

Believers
Created for a Divine Purpose
“For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.”
— Ephesians 2:10
We are not saved to sit—we are saved to serve.

God has a plan and purpose for every believer.

“Now then we are ambassadors for Christ…”
— 2 Corinthians 5:20

Our heavenly purpose includes representing Christ on earth:

1.Sharing the gospel
2.Living as a testimony
3.Reflecting His character
4.Serving God

The power of His resurrection does not just give us new life

—it gives us a new direction.

We are called to live with purpose, to walk in His will, and to invest in eternity.

Illustration

One of the greatest examples of resurrection power producing a heavenly purpose is the life of the Apostle Paul.

Paul’s life became focused on eternal things:

Preaching the gospel
Planting churches
Winning souls for Christ

For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain.”
— Epistle to the Philippians 1:21

Paul no longer lived for himself—his life had one purpose: in Christ.

“I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.”
— Philippians 4:13

Through trials, imprisonments, and hardships, Paul continued because he lived in the power of the risen Savior.

The life of Paul proves that:
Resurrection power changes direction
New life brings new purpose
A heavenly calling transforms everything.
.The same power that transformed Paul is available today.

When we truly experience the resurrection of Christ, our lives will no longer be the same—we will live with a clear, heavenly purpose.

3.the power of His Resurrection
Promise that Believers will also Rise.

The resurrection of Jesus Christ is not only proof of who He is and power for how we live—

it is also a promise for our future.

Because He rose, all who believe in Him will also rise.

The empty tomb of Christ guarantees the future resurrection of every believer.

A.ressurected body.glorious body.imortal body.

“For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.”
— 1Corinthians 15:53

“It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption:”
“It is sown in dishonour; it is raised in glory:”
“It is sown in weakness; it is raised in power:”
“It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body.”

— First Epistle to the Corinthians 15:42–44

Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body…”
— Epistle to the Philippians 3:21

Our earthly bodies are fragile—subject to sickness, aging, and death.

But God promises something far greater for those who belong to Christ: a resurrected body that is completely transformed.

What is buried in weakness will be raised in power. What is perishable will become imperishable.
it is glorification.

After His resurrection, Christ’s body was real, yet glorified—no longer limited by death or decay.

In the same way, believers will be transformed to reflect His glory.

The same power that raised Him from the grave is at work in every believer.

A glorified body
Freedom from sickness and death.

O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where 1Corinthians 15:55

Because of Christ’s resurrection:

Death is defeated
The grave has no final power

Victory belongs to the believer.

The power of His resurrection assures us that this life is not the end.

Because He lives, we will live also. The grave is not our final destination—
“Because I live, ye shall live also.”
John 14:19

B.Eternity in God’s presence.
eternity with God.

The resurrection of Jesus Christ is not only victory over the grave—it is a promise of eternal life.

Every believer in Christ has this blessed assurance: we will rise again and spend eternity in the presence of God.

Unbroken relationship with God: Eternal
Fellowship.

No More Death, No More Separation
“And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death…”
— Book of Revelation 21:4

Eternity with God means:
No sorrow
No death
No separation
No pain
Only everlasting joy in His presence.

John 11:25
“I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live.”.

Eternal Home With God
“In my Father's house are many mansions… I go to prepare a place for you.”
— Gospel of John 14:2

Jesus Himself is preparing a place for believers.
Eternity is not an idea—it is a prepared home with God.

The power of His resurrection guarantees more than rising from the dead—it guarantees eternity with God.

For every believer, the future is secure: we will live forever in His presence, in joy, peace, and glory.

The empty tomb is more than a miracle—it is proof.
Proof that Jesus is who He said He is.
Proof that God keeps His Word.
Proof that salvation is real.He is the Only Saviour
Those who believe will be change new heart new desired.
Will also rise from the dead and to be with God for eternity.
