We are a group of friends who serve as a tool in the hands of the Creator God, to share His love for the edification and improvement of each human soul and the world as God uses us. Stress adds up when someone has too many unfinished tasks and then the tasks keep on adding up.
So let's take heed, pause and prioritize tasks and start completing them- so that our plate will become free, our mind will be decluttered, and there would be no stress.
More tasks may come, but still your mind is free to deal with them.
You may carry your anxieties or burdens onto God and request Christ's help with this!
