We are committed to sharing the ancient wisdom of Yoga and Vedanta according to the classical yoga texts and the Sivananda tradition. We strive to bring clarity, structure and share from the heart, providing a safe and conducive environment for the practice and study of yoga. Our courses are structured and based upon the traditional Gurukulam system of learning, whereby the students and teachers live together in an ashram environment, to immerse in the daily study, practice and teachings of yoga.
