Shri Shri Giita Society is a spiritual, non-profit organization nestled on the banks of the holy river Ganga in Varanasi. Initiated by Swami Shri Trigunatitanandaji Maharaj, the crux of the organization lies in the teachings of the holy Bhagvat Gita and Swami Vivekananda. Our society solely believes in ‘Abhyuthannam Dharmasya’ which translates to ‘ the truth always prevails. We work towards seeing

spirituality blossom in every corner of the world. In this short span, we have been able to accentuate our presence in various parts of the world including countries USA ,Germany, Spain, Greece, Europe ,Nepal along with endeavoring to infuse the power of spirituality in every corner of our homeland, India. Besides proliferating the teachings of our traditional texts, we have dedicated ourselves to the service of mankind. Through several events organized by our society, we have been continuing to reach millions of people, irrespective of their class, caste, creed, and economic status, and trying to nourish their mind, body, and soul.

जहाँ हर दिन स्वयं को साबित करना पड़े, जहाँ सम्मान से अधिक अपमान मिले, जहाँ संबंध बोझ बन जाएँ और शांति छिन जाए वहाँ ठहरना मूर्खता है। जीवन केवल संघर्ष का नाम नहीं, सही स्थान चुनने की बुद्धि का भी नाम है। जो स्थान, व्यक्ति या परिस्थिति मन की स्थिरता नष्ट कर दे, उससे मोह रखना आत्म-हानि है। कठोर सत्य यह है कि हर जगह बने रहना कर्तव्य नहीं होता। जहाँ आत्मा घुटने लगे, वहाँ से हट जाना ही विवेक है; और जहाँ मन शांत हो, वहीं टिक जाना ही साधना है.!🌺

Where you must constantly prove your worth, where honor is replaced by humiliation, where relationships become chains rather than blessings, and where peace is stolen from your heart remaining there is not devotion, but attachment. Life is not meant to be spent suffering in places that drain the spirit. A wise seeker knows that anything which disturbs inner harmony pulls one away from the Divine. The deeper truth is that not every place is meant for your journey. Where the soul feels confined, stepping away is wisdom; where the heart rests in peace, gratitude, and God’s presence, remaining there becomes a sacred path.!🌺

मानसिक स्वतंत्रता ही वास्तविक मुक्ति है। जो मन इच्छाओं, वासनाओं, भय, लोभ, क्रोध, मोह और सामाजिक स्वीकृति की भूख से संचालित होता है, वह चाहे बाहरी रूप से कितना भी स्वतंत्र दिखे, भीतर से दास ही रहता है। मुक्ति तब है जब व्यक्ति परिस्थितियों, प्रशंसा-निंदा, लाभ-हानि और सुख-दुःख के प्रभाव से ऊपर उठकर आत्मस्वरूप में स्थित हो जाए। जिस क्षण मन की पराधीनता समाप्त होती है, उसी क्षण बंधन टूट जाते हैं। बाहरी जंजीरों से अधिक कठोर बंधन मन के होते हैं; उनसे मुक्त होना ही सच्चा मोक्ष है.!🌺

Mental freedom is true liberation. When the mind is no longer bound by desires, fears, attachments, anger, greed, or the need for external validation, it awakens to its innate divine nature. True freedom is not found in changing the world around us but in transcending the limitations within us. When one remains steady amidst praise and blame, pleasure and pain, gain and loss, one becomes established in the Self. In that state of inner stillness and awareness, all bo***ge dissolves. The greatest chains are not those placed upon the body, but those woven by the mind. Freedom from them is the essence of spiritual awakening and the path to moksha.!🌺

जब किसी पीढ़ी का पाखंड, अज्ञान और झूठ बार-बार दोहराया जाता है, तो अगली पीढ़ी उसे सत्य और परम्परा समझकर पूजने लगती है। यही कारण है कि समाज में कई कुरीतियाँ धर्म का रूप ले लेती हैं। आध्यात्मिकता का अर्थ भीड़ का अनुसरण करना नहीं, बल्कि साहस के साथ सत्य को पहचानना और असत्य को अस्वीकार करना है। जो परम्परा विवेक, करुणा और सत्य से रहित हो, वह चाहे कितनी भी पुरानी क्यों न हो, केवल पाखंड है धर्म नहीं.!🌺

जो सुख वस्तुओं में खोजता है, वह अपनी आत्मा को बाज़ार में भटका देता है। धन, वैभव और भोग की दौड़ में वह इतना खो जाता है कि स्वयं को ही भूल बैठता है। जितना अधिक पाता है, उतनी ही अधिक उसकी भूख बढ़ती है। वस्तुएँ उसके घर को भर सकती हैं, पर उसके भीतर के खालीपन को नहीं। यह कठोर सत्य है कि जो व्यक्ति बाहरी चमक को अपना सुख समझ लेता है, वह जीवन भर संग्रह करता रहता है, लेकिन अंत में पाता है कि उसने संसार तो पा लिया, पर स्वयं को खो दिया.!🌺

He who seeks happiness in material things drifts away from his true Self. Wealth, possessions, and worldly pleasures may delight the senses for a moment, but they can never nourish the soul. The more one clings to the external, the further one moves from the inner source of peace. Desire has no end; every fulfilled craving gives birth to another. Thus, a person may spend a lifetime gathering the treasures of the world, only to discover an emptiness within. True fulfillment is found not in what we possess, but in awakening to the divine presence that already resides within us.!🌺

दुःख बाहर की घटनाओं से नहीं, मन में उठते विचारों के स्पर्श से जन्म लेता है। जब चेतना किसी स्मृति, इच्छा, भय या अपेक्षा से जुड़ती है, तब मन अशांत होता है। विचारों का निरंतर प्रवाह आत्मा की शांति को ढक देता है। जो साधक विचारों को केवल साक्षी भाव से देखता है, उनसे तादात्म्य नहीं करता, वही दुःख के केंद्र से मुक्त होने लगता है। मौन, ध्यान और आत्मचिंतन से मन निर्मल होता है, और भीतर का दिव्य आनंद प्रकट होने लगता है.!🌺

Suffering is not born from the outer world, but from the silent touch of thoughts within the mind. When consciousness clings to memories, desires, fears, or expectations, inner peace begins to fade. यदि सब कुछ पाकर भी आत्मा खो जाए, तो मनुष्य भीतर से दरिद्र हो जाता है। उसका वैभव, सम्मान और सफलताएँ केवल एक चमकता हुआ मुखौटा बनकर रह जाती हैं। परंतु जो व्यक्ति संसार के मोह, भीड़ और संघर्षों के बीच भी अपनी आत्मा को सुरक्षित रखता है, वही वास्तविक सम्राट कहलाने योग्य है। आत्मा का प्रकाश ही जीवन की सबसे बड़ी संपत्ति है। जो स्वयं को संभाल लेता है, वह संसार को भी जीत लेता है। इसलिए बाहरी उपलब्धियों से पहले अपने भीतर के सत्य, शांति और चेतना को बचाना आवश्यक है, क्योंकि आत्मा ही मनुष्य की वास्तविक शक्ति और अमूल्य धन है.!🌺

आँखों को उस शाश्वत सत्य से परिचित कराओ, जहाँ पहुँचकर मन के सारे भय धीरे-धीरे मौन हो जाते हैं। जीवनभर जिन कर्तव्यों, अपेक्षाओं और मोह के बोझ को तुम अपने कंधों पर ढोते रहे, वहाँ जाकर वे सब धुएँ की तरह विलीन हो जाते हैं। जब आत्मा परम सत्य का स्पर्श करती है, तब भीतर एक गहरी शांति जन्म लेती है ऐसी शांति, जहाँ न खोने का डर रहता है, न पाने की बेचैनी। केवल प्रेम, प्रकाश और अनंत का एहसास शेष रह जाता है, और मन पहली बार सच में स्वयं को मुक्त अनुभव करता है.!🌺

अधिकार की भूख ही मनुष्य के पतन और दुःख का सबसे बड़ा कारण है। मेरा’ का अहंकार उसे इतना अंधा बना देता है कि वह संबंधों को भी स्वार्थ और स्वामित्व की जंजीरों में बाँधने लगता है। जिस संसार में स्वयं शरीर तक स्थायी नहीं, वहाँ वस्तुओं, लोगों और परिस्थितियों पर अधिकार जताना केवल मूर्खता और अहंकार है। यही अधिकार की आग मनुष्य के भीतर क्रोध, भय, ईर्ष्या और अशांति को जन्म देती है, और अंततः वही अपने ही लोभ और अपेक्षाओं का दास बनकर जीवनभर तड़पता रहता है.!🌺

The craving for ownership is the root of human suffering and spiritual downfall. The illusion of ‘mine’ blinds the soul, binding even sacred relationships in the chains of attachment and ego. In this temporary world, where even the body is destined to perish, claiming control over people, possessions, and situations is merely a manifestation of ignorance. From this attachment arise anger, fear, jealousy, and inner turmoil. Only the one who surrenders the ego of ownership and embraces detachment, humility, and divine acceptance attains true peace and spiritual freedom.!🌺

तुम्हारी मुक्ति का कारण कोई दूसरा नहीं, केवल तुम स्वयं हो। जब तक तुम भय, बहाने, आलस्य और मोह में डूबे रहोगे, तब तक जीवन तुम्हें बार-बार गिराता रहेगा। संसार सहारा दे सकता है, लेकिन तुम्हें उठाने की शक्ति तुम्हारे भीतर ही है। जिस दिन तुम अपने भ्रम, कमजोरी और निर्भरता को तोड़कर सत्य और कर्म के मार्ग पर दृढ़ हो जाओगे, उसी दिन बंधनों की जंजीरें टूटने लगेंगी। जो स्वयं पर विजय पा लेता है, वही वास्तविक स्वतंत्रता, आत्मबल और आध्यात्मिक मुक्ति का अधिकारी बनता है.!🌺

No one else can become the cause of your liberation; the key to freedom rests within your own soul. As long as the mind remains bound by fear, attachment, excuses, and ignorance, suffering will continue to return. The world may guide you, but the power to awaken belongs only to you. The moment you rise above illusion and walk the path of truth, self-discipline, and higher consciousness, the chains of bo***ge begin to dissolve. One who conquers the self attains inner peace, divine strength, and the light of true spiritual liberation.

किसी भी कीमत पर अपने मन की खुशी और चेहरे की मुस्कान को खोने नहीं देंगे, क्योंकि यही वह शक्ति है जो कठिन से कठिन समय में भी आगे बढ़ने का साहस देती है। जीवन चाहे कितनी भी परीक्षाएँ ले, समय कितना भी बदल जाए, फिर भी हम हर टूटन में नई सीख, हर कठिनाई में धैर्य और हर दिन में आनंद का कोई न कोई कारण खोज ही लेंगे। हम अपने भीतर के उस सरल और जीवंत भाव को कभी समाप्त नहीं होने देंगे, जो बिना किसी कारण भी प्रसन्न रहना जानता है, क्योंकि अंत में जीवन वही सुंदर बनता है, जहाँ परिस्थितियों से अधिक मन का प्रकाश जीवित रहता है.!🌺

We shall never allow the joy within our heart or the smile upon our face to fade away, for this inner happiness is the quiet strength that carries us through every season of life. No matter how many trials arise or how greatly circumstances change, we will continue to discover wisdom in every hardship, patience in every challenge, and a gentle sense of joy in each passing day.
