Shalom! Ministry is not measured by titles, positions, or recognition—it is revealed in willing hands and humble hearts. True ministry begins when we choose to serve, even in the simplest tasks that no one applauds. Sweeping the ground, cleaning the house of God, helping one another, making tea, food, cleaning utensils —these are not small works when done with love and obedience to the Lord.
Jesus Himself showed us that greatness in the Kingdom is found in servanthood. When we lower ourselves to serve others, we reflect His character and glorify His name. The church is not just a building we attend; it is a family where everyone has a role, and every act of service matters.
Let us serve not to be seen, but to honor God. Because in God’s eyes, a heart that serves is greater than a position that is praised.
No spotlight. No applause. Just a servant, a mop, and a heart for God.
Yet Heaven is watching.
In God’s eyes, cleaning the church is worship.
Serving without recognition is devotion.

Because one day, what we did quietly on earth will be celebrated loudly in Heaven.
