Psalms 62:8

యెహోవా నా దేవా, నీవు మా యెడల జరిగించిన ఆశ్చర్యక్రియలును మాయెడల నీకున్న తలంపులును బహు విస్తారములు. వాటిని వివరించి చెప్పెదననుకొంటినా అవి లెక్కకు మించియున్నవి నీకు సాటియైనవాడొకడును లేడు.
Many, O LORD my God, are thy wonderful works which thou hast done, and thy thoughts which are to us-ward: they cannot be reckoned up in order unto thee: if I would declare and speak of them, they are more than can be numbered.

Jeremiah 5:3
యెహోవా, యథార్థతమీదనే గదా నీవు దృష్టి యుంచుచున్నావు? నీవు వారిని కొట్టితివి గాని వారికి దుఃఖము కలుగలేదు; వారిని క్షీణింప జేసియున్నావు గాని వారు శిక్షకు లోబడనొల్లకున్నారు. రాతికంటె తమ ముఖములను కఠినముగా చేసికొనియున్నారు, మళ్లుటకు సమ్మతింపరు.
O LORD, are not thine eyes upon the truth? thou hast stricken them, but they have not grieved; thou hast consumed them, but they have refused to receive correction: they have made their faces harder than a rock; they have refused to return.
