Pudhu Jeeviya Padhai Thirusabai

Hi I am Rev. Samson Joshua was born in the year 1977 in Chennai, India. My parents K.M. Velayutham @ Joshua and Vasantha @ Hepzibah belonged to an orthodox Hindu community. I have 1 elder brother and 3 younger brothers. I was a devout Hindu in my childhood days. I used to visit Hindu temples and fall prostrate before the idols, praying with much reverence. During the year 1985, my parents received the salvation of God and were baptized in the year 1987. But even then, I was not able to accept that Jesus Christ was the "Only Way." In the years that followed, my family and friends constantly spoke to me about Jesus and salvation. Finally, on 11th January 1995, I gave my life to the Lord and got baptized.

After graduation, the Lord guided me to do His ministry. In spite of receiving many good job offers from various companies, I decided to do the world’s best work, serving the Lord & began my ministry as a receptionist in Blessing Youth Mission – Vellore in the year 2000 - 2001, In the end of the year 2001 Lord direct me as a missionary through Pr. M.K. Sam Sundaram (Apostolic Christian Assembly – Pursaiwalkam) to north India. I served in Ludhiana, Chandigarh, Jalandhar, Amristar & Kapurthala till November 2008. I used to distribute hand bills about Jesus to youths. Many students were blessed by the prayer meetings we arranged and were saved and baptized. Even we visited the slums and share the gospel of Christ to the poor, Lord did mighty works in our ministry. The Lord has blessed me with His powerful anointing and grace that enable me to do a glorious ministry for God till today. On November 7th 2008 my father slept in the Lord and on December 16th 2008 my mother rested in the Lord. After their separation Pr. Sam Sundarm made me to be one of an associate Pastor in ACA – Pursaiwalkam.

In the year 2011, I married Julia she is always a pillar of support and encouragement to me in all my endeavors. In the year 2012 I was ordained as a Pastor in ACA and sent to the village Pakkam near Thirunindravur to plant a church. The missionary work was done and established Pudhu Jeeviya Padhai Church (New Enlivening Way), afterwards we built a thatched roof Church on 2015 and was dedicated by Pr. Edwin Charles on 26th January 2015. My passion for the perishing souls and church growth will make me to reach it even greater heights and prepare millions of people for the Lord's coming.
