Pax Moralia | Campus Expedition

SSF is celebrating "Golden Fifty" in the coming November to mark it's glorious fifty years. The celebration of fiftieth anniversary is conducted on the theme, "we the people of India", to emphasize the importance of youth in nation building and reassuring constitutional rights. As part of Golden Fifty, various projects, schemes and programmes across unit, sector, division, district, state and national levels are being organized.
SSF in the meantime of fifty years has marked it's strong presence in campuses by cultivating individuals with strong morals and ethics.
"Pax Moralia", is a campus expedition led by SSF leaders, which would cover Institutes of national importance, Central Universities, and other prominent higher education institutions in the country. The expedition would begin from Central University of Kerala and would conclude in the Central University of Jammu in the span of more than two months. Each campus unit would welcome the expedition team with organizing different programs pertaining to current social and political scenario of the country. When the currents of progressiveness flows against the collective goodwill of society, the call by "Pax Moralia" is to regain ethical and moral values that are degrading in the campuses with the advent of modernity.

വൈകാരിക ശക്തി പ്രകടനങ്ങൾ ശരിയല്ല: കാന്തപുരം

//ജാഥയോ റാലിയോ നടത്തി ശക്തി പ്രകടിപ്പിച്ചോ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ തുല്യ നാണയത്തിൽ ഭീഷണി മുഴക്കിയോ പ്രതിഷേധ പ്രകടനങ്ങൾക്ക് മുതിരുന്നത് ഈ സാഹചര്യത്തിൽ ശരിയല്ല. സർക്കാർ തന്നെ അത്തരമൊരു നിലവാരത്തിലേക്ക് തരം താഴുമ്പോൾ മാത്രമാണ് ഈ രീതിയിലുള്ള പ്രതിഷേധങ്ങളെ കുറിച്ച് പൗരസമൂഹം ചിന്തിക്കേണ്ടി വരുന്നത്.
ഇവിടെ നടന്നത് വ്യക്തികളുടെ നിയമലംഘനമാണ്. സർക്കാർ വൈകിയാണെങ്കിലും ചെറിയ നടപടികൾ എടുത്തിട്ടുമുണ്ട്. അത് പോരാ. കുറച്ചുകൂടി കർക്കശമായ നിലപാടുകൾ എടുക്കണമെന്ന് സർക്കാറിനെ നമുക്ക് ബോധ്യപ്പെടുത്താം. ഇതല്ലാതെ ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട സമൂഹത്തെ അധിക്ഷേപിക്കുന്ന നീക്കങ്ങളിലേക്ക് പോകുന്നത് ശരിയല്ല..//

പ്രവാചക ശ്രേഷ്ഠർ മുഹമ്മദ് നബി (സ്വ) ക്കെതിരെ ബി ജെ പി നേതാക്കൾ നടത്തിയ വ്യക്തിഹത്യാപരമായ പരാമർശങ്ങൾ ഒരു വിഭാഗത്തോടുള്ള വെറുപ്പിന്റെ പ്രകടനം കൂടിയാണ്. മുസ്‌ലിംകളോടുളള വംശീയ വിദ്വേഷത്തിന്റെ പ്രതിഫലനമാണ് നബിനിന്ദയായും ആരാധനാലയങ്ങളിലേക്കുള്ള കൈയേറ്റമായുമെല്ലാം മാറുന്നത്. ഇസ്‌ലാലാമിക സമൂഹത്തിന് പ്രിയങ്കരമായതിനേയും ആദരണീയമായി കരുതുന്നവയേയുമെല്ലാം അവമതിച്ച് വിശ്വാസികളെ വൈകാരിക പ്രതികരണങ്ങളിലേക്ക് വലിച്ചിഴക്കാനാണ് സംഘ്പരിവാർ ശ്രമം. വർഗീയ ചേരിതിരിവ് സൃഷ്ടിച്ച് രാഷ്ട്രീയ നേട്ടം കൊയ്യാനുളള ബി ജെ പിയുടെ തന്ത്രത്തിൽ വീഴാതിരിക്കാനുള്ള ജാഗ്രത വിശ്വാസികൾ കാണിക്കേണ്ടതുണ്ട്.
ബഹുസ്വരതയുടെ എല്ലാ സാധ്യതകളെയും തകർക്കുന്ന, സാമുദായിക സൗഹാർദ്ദത്തിന് വിള്ളലുണ്ടാക്കുന്ന ഇത്തരം പരാമർശങ്ങൾക്കെതിരെ ജനാധിപത്യ സമൂഹം ശക്തമായി പ്രതികരിക്കണം. സംവാദങ്ങളെ ഭയപ്പെടുന്നവരാണ്
വ്യക്തിഹത്യയുടെയും തെറിപ്രയോഗത്തിന്റെയും മാർഗം സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നത്. അവഹേളിക്കുന്നവരുടെ അസംബന്ധ പ്രസ്താവനകൾ കൊണ്ട് കളങ്കപ്പെടുന്നതല്ല തിരുനബിയുടെ മാതൃകാ വ്യക്തിത്വം. പക്ഷെ
അത്തരം പ്രവൃത്തികൾ നൽകുന്ന സന്ദേശം രാജ്യത്തിനും ജനങ്ങൾക്കും ഗുണകരമല്ല.
ലോക സമൂഹം അങ്ങേയറ്റം ആദരവോടെ കാണുന്ന മുഹമ്മദ് നബി (സ്വ) യെ അപമാനിച്ച ബി ജെ പി നേതാക്കൾ അതിനാൽ സമൂഹത്തോടും മുസ്‌ലിം സമുദായത്തോടും പരസ്യമായി മാപ്പു ചോദിക്കേണ്ടതുണ്ട്.
