Post-Commissioning Officers’ Seminar

The Post-Commissioning Officers’ Seminar was held from 19 to 21 August 2026 at the Red Shield House & Retreat Centre, Muttom.

The seminar was honoured by the presence of the Territorial Leaders, Commissioner Lalhmingliana Hmar and Commissioner Lalhlimpuii Chawngthu, who served as the Chief Guests The programme was supported by Lieutenant Colonel Jashiben D. Khristi, Chief Secretary, and coordinated by the HRD Department, Personnel Section.

The seminar provided valuable opportunities for post-commissioning officers to strengthen their spiritual lives, develop their leadership and ministry skills, and renew their commitment to effective service. The sessions, fellowship, and interactions were a great source of encouragement and blessing to all the participating officers.

The First Aid & Emergency Management Women’s Workshop was held on 18 August 2026 at the Auditorium, TSA CBCON, Nagercoil, under the theme “Equipped to Care,” based on Galatians 6:2.

The workshop aimed to equip women with basic first-aid knowledge and emergency-management skills, enabling them to respond effectively and care for others during emergencies. The programme included practical awareness on first aid, emergency response and compassionate care.

On 14 August 2026, a special Spiritual Meeting was held at the College for Officer Training, where 11 cadets are currently undergoing their training. The cadets warmly welcomed the International Leaders and presented testimonies and a dance performance as part of the programme.
Commissioner John Kumar Dasari shared an introduction to Generation Z, highlighting their characteristics and the present situation of young people in India. Commissioner Mani Kumari Dasari brought the Word of God from Psalm 86:11–13, using the sunflower as an illustration under the theme “Hope – Direction for Life.” She emphasised four important spiritual principles: seeking God’s divine guidance, walking in truth, having an undivided heart, and living in the fear of the Lord.

The Junior Home Rally was successfully held on 15th August 2026 across the Erode, Trichy,Madurai District and KatpadyExtension. The rally was conducted with the aim of encouraging and strengthening the spiritual growth and fellowship of Junior Home members.
