📌 Guardians Meeting 📌

On *July 10th* , the *Mary Queen of Peace Province* hosted a guardians' meeting at the *Anugraha Animation Centre* . The morning began with a prayer led by Provincial Secretary Br. Nirmal and Assisi Ashram Guardian Br. Anbunathan, setting a reflective tone for the gathering. Br. Arockia Doss, the Vicar Provincial, warmly welcomed the guardians, emphasizing unity and shared purpose. This was followed by a pivotal orientation session skillfully conducted by Brother Lawrence, the Provincial Minister, aimed at enhancing mutual understanding and collaborative efforts among the guardians. The Capuchin brothers from various Provinces in India have started a significant ongoing formation program today, June 24, 2024. This two-week program is being held at the Anugraha Animation Centre in Dindigul, Mary Queen of Peace, Capuchin Province, Madurai, organized by the Conference of Capuchin Major Superiors of India (CCMSI). This program is themed "Fanning the Flame of the Charism", specially designed for the middle aged friars (35 to 55). It aims to deepen the understanding and spread of the Capuchin charism, reinforcing and rejuvenating the brothers' commitment to their vocation and fostering growth and renewal within the Capuchin community. The inaugural address was delivered by Br. Lawrence SoosaiNathan OFM.Cap, the president of CCMSI. The journey has begun well.

We are excited to announce that we have organized a one-day picnic to Manora Beach at Sarabendrarajanpattinam, Pattukottai, Velanganni, Tanjore, for our VBS children. It's not just the children; a few parents have also joined them for this wonderful outing. This picnic promises to be a delightful experience for the Vacation Bible School (VBS) children, offering them a break from their routine and a chance to soak in the beauty of nature. We extend our sincere gratitude to the Parish Priest of St. Francis of Assisi, Okkur, for his invaluable support in making this event possible. It's moments like these that truly enrich our VBS community and create lasting memories for our children. 👇👇
