CHANGES IN ALLOCATION OF SRIVANI DARSHAN TICKETS:
TTD has taken a key decision to introduce several changes in the allocation of Srivani Trust Darshan tickets for the convenience of devotees.

At present, TTD makes 1,500 Srivani Darshan tickets available online every day. Out of these, 500 tickets are released under advance booking quota three months in advance through the online portal.

In addition, 200 Srivani Darshan tickets are being issued under the current booking quota at Tirupati Airport.

Of the 800 Srivani Darshan tickets presently available under the daily current booking quota, TTD has decided to earmark 300 tickets every day for eligible donors who have already contributed Rs.10,000 to Srivani Trust and are awaiting Darshan tickets.

This facility will be applicable to eligible donors who have made their donations on or after May 1, 2025. These tickets will be released daily at 9 AM. Devotees who book their tickets before 1 PM will be provided Darshan on the same day at 4 PM.

The revised system will come into effect from June 10, 2026. Any tickets remaining unbooked under this quota will be added back to the current booking quota. This arrangement will remain in force until March 31, 2027.

Devotees duo Sri Gopala Krishna and Sri Purushottam from Chennai donated silver Nakshatra Haratis weighing about 4.5 kg to Sri Venkateswara on Wednesday.

The Nakshatra Haratis were handed over to Srivari temple Deputy EO Sri Lokanatham at the Ranga Nayakula Mandapam of the Srivari Temple.

Similarly, on Tuesday, an anonymous devotee from Mysore donated five gold medallions worth Rs. 1.10 crore.

Distribution of artificial limbs to 110 challenged patients of BIRRD was conducted on Saturday with the support of Sri Subramanian, the donor from Tamil Nadu who gave ₹ q crore towards the modernisation of the artificial limbs production centre at BIRRD hospital.

The artificial limbs manufactured by the Endolite company with technical support from the UK were freely given to patients through by TTD following the company’s offer of the aluminium-made equipment at a 50% subsidy.

Patients said these equipments provided easy to use and were more comfortable than the Jaipur model.

తిరుమలలో భక్తుల రద్దీ తగ్గింది.. తక్కువ సమయంలోనే దర్శనం పూర్తవుతోంది. గత రెండు రోజులుగా కొండపై పరిస్థితి మారిపోయింది. ప్రస్తుతం నేరుగా భక్తుల్ని శ్రీవారి దర్శనానికి క్యూ లైన్‌లోకి అనుమతిస్తున్నారు. అయితే ఈ వీకెండ్ నుంచి రద్దీ పెరుగుతుందని టీటీడీ అంచనా వేస్తోంది. తెలుగు రాష్ట్రాల్లో పరీక్షల ఫలితాలు విడుదల కావడంతో రద్దీ మరింత పెరుగుతుందని భావిస్తున్నారు. మరోవైపు తిరుమల శ్రీవారి సాలకట్ల వసంతోత్సవాలు కూడా ముగిశాయి.

IMPORTANT DECISIONS IN THE TTD BOARD MEETING

TTD Trust Board meeting was held at Annamaiah Bhavan in Tirumala on Monday under the Chairmanship of Sri Bhumana Karunakara Reddy. The key decisions are as follows.

• Approval to create 479 nurse posts to provide better medical services in view of the increasing number of patients in SVIMS Hospital.

-In the past in TTD, most of the recruitment of contract/outsourcing employees was done following their requirement in the respective areas and not through any notification, rule of reservation (RVR). To regularize the services of such employees as per G.O.No.114, the TTD board has decided to send a report on the same relaxing some of the rules requesting the state government.

– Approval towards the construction of hostels for providing accommodation to all the female students admitted in TTD colleges without any recommendation.

– Tender approval towards the construction of 10 lifts in PAC-1 for the convenience of devotees in Tirumala at a cost of Rs.1.88 crores.

– Sanction of security fencing left in the outer cordon area of Sri Padmavati Rest House, similarly, Balaji Nagar East side at Rs.1.50 crores.

– Approval to take up development works of the remaining 184 quarters of old C type, D type, new C type and D type quarters of TTD employees in Tirumala with Rs.14 crores.

– Approval towards the gold malam of the Makara Toranam in front of Bhashyakarlu in Tirupati Sri Govindarajaswamy temple, Tiruvabharans of Sri Parthasarathiswamy and Srikalyana Venkateswara Swamy.

TTD has a Tier 3 Data Center and Disaster Recovery Center for IT services. As per IT standard protocol, tech replacement should be done every seven years as part of the lifecycle management process. As part of this, a sanction of over Rs.12 crore towards the maintenance of data centres for five years has been approved.
