Sri Sri Raghavendra Swamy Laksharchana Mohotsava Samajam Started in the year 1971 by his holiness 1008 Sri Sri Sujayeendra Teertha Sripadhangal, then Peetathipathi of Sri Raghavendra Swamy Math. Since from the inception the Laksharchana mahotsava is being celebrated without any interruption by the god’s grace and the samajam decided to celebrate the mahotsava during the month of May every year as

the month would be holiday for many of the sajjanas and they can participate in the holy event and get the blessing of sri Guru Raghavendra.
