🌿 Selfie with Jesus: Reflecting the Face of Christ 🌿
A beautiful day of animation, reflection and fraternal gathering unfolded on 9 August 2026 at the Auxilium Provincial House, Manikandam, Tiruchirappalli, as 27 Junior Sisters of the Province came together for the conference with the Provincial.
The gathering was animated by our beloved Provincial, Sr. Majella Fernando, around the inspiring theme “Selfie with Jesus – Reflecting the Face of Christ.” The day invited the Junior Sisters to look beyond the outward image of a selfie and discover the deeper call to encounter Jesus, contemplate His face and become His presence to others through their lives, relationships and mission.
It was a grace-filled opportunity for our temporarily professed sisters to pause, reflect, share, listen and renew their joy in following Christ in the footsteps of Don Bosco and Mother Mazzarello.
The warmth of sisterhood, meaningful moments of sharing and the enriching animation made the gathering truly special. 💙
May every Junior Sister continue to carry within her the face of Jesus and make His love visible wherever she is sent. ✨ 🌿💙

✨ A Lively Day of Reflection, Discernment and Communion! ✨

The Animators' Meet of the Province of Our Lady of Snow, Tiruchirappalli, held on 26 July 2026 at Auxilium Provincial House, Manikandam, was a day filled with vibrant participation, meaningful dialogue, and renewed commitment to our mission.

The day began with an inspiring session by our Provincial, Sr. Majella Fernando, who animated the Superiors on the thought-provoking theme "SELFIE WITH JESUS." Inviting everyone to look beyond outward appearances, she posed a powerful question:

"When my Sisters look at me, what face of Christ do they see?"

She encouraged every Superior to become a living reflection of the Face of Compassion, the Face of Communion, and the Face of Missionary Self-Gift, reminding us that the most authentic "selfie" is the one that reflects the Face of Christ. The session touched hearts and was appreciated by all the participants.

The second session was led by our Vice Provincial and Provincial Chapter Moderator, Sr. Lazar Bernardine, who explained the questionnaire to be completed by the Sisters and various stakeholders as part of the Province's reality study in preparation for the forthcoming Provincial Chapter.

The afternoon was dedicated to a special meeting with the Superiors who have Junior Sisters in their communities. Through sincere sharing and fruitful discussions, the participants reflected on the accompaniment and ongoing formation of the Junior Sisters. The day concluded with a General Assembly, bringing the gathering to a meaningful close.

May we continue to mirror the Face of Christ in every community, every encounter, and every act of loving service. 💙

. Mission with One Heart, One Vision! 💙✨

A day of reflection, planning and renewed commitment marked the Coordinators' Meet of the Province of Our Lady of Snow, Tiruchirappalli, held on 25 July 2026 at Auxilium Convent, Sirudur, Madurai.

Thirty-three Sisters serving as coordinators of Youth Pastoral, Social Communication, Mission Ad Inter Gentes and Human Rights gathered together to deepen collaboration, review the journey of the Province, and chart the way forward for the coming year.

The meeting was kick-started with the online inaugural talk by the Provincial Sr. Majella Fernando on "Empowered to Lead, Inspired to Accompany", and animated by the Provincial Coordinators – Sr. John Bosco Edal Queen (Youth Pastoral), Sr. Robert Santiagu Punitha (Mission Ad Inter Gentes), Sr. Rani Celine (Human Rights) and Sr. Samson Gnana Jennifer (Social Communication). Through moments of sharing, dialogue and planning, the participants explored new initiatives, coordinated the annual programmes and reflected on the priorities of each sector in the light of the Province's mission.

Inspired by the call of General Chapter XXV – "Blessed are you... With the Prophetic Power of our Charism, Missionaries Together with the Young" – the gathering renewed the commitment of every coordinator to walk alongside young people with hope, creativity and a missionary heart.

As these Sisters return to their local communities, let us accompany them with our prayers, that together we may continue to build a culture of hope, communion and service, bringing the joy of the Gospel to every young person entrusted to our care.

A day of communion, reflection, and renewed commitment at Auxilium Convent, Sirudur, Madurai.

The Headmistress and Past Pupils' Coordinators' Meet, held on 24 July 2026, brought together 24 Sisters in the presence of our Mother Provincial Sr. Majella Fernando. Together, we reflected on the five movements we need to make in our accompaniment with the young, the statutes of the Past Pupils Association, the identity of the Past Pupils and renewing our mission to walk with the young in the spirit of Don Bosco and Mother Mazzarello.
