Dear Friends,
Greetings! Thank you very much for your prayerful support.
We are arranging a Training programme for the Animators of all Anbiams(Small Christian Communities) in the Diocese, on the 1st at Manaparai, on the 8th at Trichy, and on the 15th at Keeranur.
My Team members, Mr. Victor, Mr. Ramar Gnanraj and Mr. Lourdu will share about the Nature of Anbiams, How to read, undersatnd, and share the Word of God, What are the challenges that are faced today in promoting Anbiams, The Role of Animators. There will be also the sharing of Success Stories of different Anbiams.
Our Bishop will celebrate the Holy Eucharist and share about, "Anbiam Mass".

January is the Month of Anbiams. During this month, we reflect and celebrate the Family Relationship between the Husband and Wife; Parents and Children; brothers and sisters; and Anbiam Families at large. I sincerely thank all Parish Priests, Co-Coordinators, and secretaries of Anbiams for your service in building up the Kingdom of God.

Dear Friends,

Greetings from Fr. R. Michael Joe in the month of Anbiams(Small Christian Communities in the parishes).

In the year of Faith, we are invited to deepen our relationship with Christ and to be of his witnesses in our daily life.

In the second week of Anbiam month, let us focus our attention towards popular devotions that illumine the love and Nature of Christ.

These devotions will certainly enable us to taste him personally.

Let our devotions towards Christ give us strength to love our brothers and sisters, in particular, the poor,and the needy. May the days of Christian Unity Octave bring us closer to our friends in the other denominations.

January is celebrated as the Month of Anbiams (Small Christian Communities) in the Tamilnadu Church.

The Sunday Liturgy Reflections are based on the Themes of the Year of Faith:
1. To Know Christ
2. To Love Christ
3. To Experience Christ and
4. To Proclaim Christ.
As we celebrate the Solemnity of Epiphany in January, it is fitting to discuss the theme, "How to Know Christ?" in January.

Though God is a Mystery, one can have a little knowledge of God by constantly seeking him (Mathew 7:7) by reading the Sacred Scripture (The Bible), meditating on the Sacraments, praying and finding him in the poor, suffering and the needy.

Jesus wants each one of us to be the stars and the light in the society(Mathew 5:14-16). He wants us to take a U Turn in our lives as the Magi had taken a new way (Galatians 5: 16-26).

I shall be meeting the Anbiam Secretaries and parishioners at Kattur Parish on 6th of Jan 2013, Killukottai Parish on the 13th, Manaparai Parishnon the 20th, and Crawford parish on the 27th of Ja.2013.
