Joseph's Church, Appattuvilai is one of the 101 parishes in the Diocese of Kuzhithurai which is located in the southern most tip of India. This beautiful and serene village is surrounded by green trees and ponds. The old church was built in 1964. The works of the new church was started in 2008 by Rev.Fr.Vargheese the then parish priest. The successive priests did their best to carry on the work. T

he work was successfully completed by Rev.Fr.George Ponnaiah in 2015. The Patron of the parish is St.JOSEPH.
