Foundation stone for the church was laid by Bp. Andrews Thazath on 21st March 2004. Church was blessed and consecrated by Bp. Andrews Thazath in the presence of Bp. Jacob Thoomkuzhy and Bp. James Pazhattil on 4th January 2009.The Holy Mother Mary taking her child Jesus in hand is the main statue of this church . One boundary of the church is very near to the Railway station Ollur and also Road bay side of National Highway 47. The church made this location a pleasant Area.
