Grace Ministries of India

Grace Ministries of India Kristukripa Ashram is a spiritual heritage centre of simplicity, silence and labour, founded by Rev.D Dr.D.J. Christ is the Guru of this Ashram.

The Kristukripa Ashram was started in the year 1993 by the Rev. Ajith Kumar with the aim to give the ‘Living water in the Indian cup’. The main message of this Ashram is ‘spirituality beyond religiosity’ by adopting the Indian culture, spirituality and moral values. Loka Samastha Sukhino Bhavanthu (let the whole world enjoy well being) is the prayer of this Ashram. There is no ‘god men’ or ‘god-wo

men’ in this Ashram. Here we familiarize the life and teachings of Jesus Christ which is a practical model that cannot be limited by the boundaries of the world religions including even Christianity. This Ashram is a solitude space for those who wish to spend quality time in prayer, meditation, self study, silence, yoga and spiritual rejuvenation. The Kristukripa Ashram conducts inter religious dialogues, seminars and conferences to study other religions and prepares a forum to discuss and relate to other religious faith. This Ashram introduces Indianized Christian worship and includes regional worship methodologies to arrange for researches in Indian Christian Theology and its rereading. There are three major dharmas here – namely- Swaya Adhyaya (Self study), Dhyanam(Meditation) and Karma (bread labor). Since Christian Spirituality is simplicity, simple life style is practiced here. A common kitchen and simple vegetarian meal are the specialities of the Ashram. We try to establish equality and unity among all. Those who are at the low ebbs of economic order are being lifted up through vocational trainings and other social welfare schemes.

𝐆𝐌𝐈 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐁𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐬.

The GMI Annual Retreat 2026 began yesterday, 23rd August, and will continue until 25th August at the Bishop Selvamony Retreat Centre of the CSI. The theme of this year's retreat is “These Dry Bones Will Live Again,” based on Ezekiel 37:3: “Son of man, can these bones live?”

The retreat was inaugurated with a warm welcome to the 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐝. 𝐃𝐫. 𝐃. 𝐉. 𝐀𝐣𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐊𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐫 by Dr. Roy Sam Daniel, President, GMI, and Dr. D. Wilson, General Secretary, GMI. They led the inauguration service, together with the participants and representatives of the various departments of GMI. It was a joyful and meaningful occasion of worship, fellowship, prayer, and thanksgiving.

The GMI community was filled with great joy and excitement in welcoming Ajith Achan back home. He had been away from active participation in the ministries of GMI since 2013, as he was entrusted with various responsibilities in the Church of North India, including his service as the General Secretary of the CNI Synod.

Now, Ajith Achan will be able to devote more of his time to the ministry of preaching, teaching, and nurturing God's people through His Word. His return to active participation in GMI is being received with great enthusiasm and gratitude by the entire GMI family.
The theme of the retreat, “These Dry Bones Will Live Again,” speaks powerfully of God's ability to bring life, hope, renewal, and restoration even into situations that may appear hopeless and lifeless. The vision of Ezekiel 37 reminds us that what seems dry and dead in human eyes can be brought back to life by the power of God. It is therefore a deeply meaningful theme for GMI as it gathers for a time of spiritual renewal and looks forward to a new season of ministry.

The retreat marks not only an important spiritual gathering but also the beginning of a new chapter in the ministry of GMI, with renewed opportunities to proclaim the Gospel, teach God's Word, strengthen believers, and serve God's people. The GMI community looks forward with faith and expectation to what God will do in the days ahead.

𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐍𝐞𝐱𝐭 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐛𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐲
Our youth are the vibrant heartbeat of our society and the architects of our tomorrow. Their energy, passion, and innovative spirit are exactly what our world needs to drive positive change. However, in today’s fast-paced world, the spiritual growth of our young people is more crucial than ever. A strong spiritual foundation provides them with the moral clarity, inner peace, and resilience needed to navigate life's challenges with grace and purpose.
We witnessed this incredible potential firsthand!
We had a truly blessed time at the 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐚 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 , which took place on August 8th, at the 𝐊𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐤𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐚 𝐀𝐬𝐡𝐫𝐚𝐦.
It was a joy to see such a wonderful turnout, with so many young people gathering together in faith and fellowship. A special and heartfelt thank you to Sri. Shine S.L and Sri Atul and for beautifully leading this fellowship and guiding our youth toward a deeper spiritual understanding
