Be strong through the grace that God gives you in Christ Jesus" (2 Timothy 2:1)

There are times when life feels heavy, and problems seem too much to bear. We may not always know how to handle the challenges before us.

But Jesus lovingly invites us to come to Him just as we are -- tired, burdened, and anxious. In His presence, we find true rest and peace that the world cannot give.

When we bring our struggles to Jesus, He does not leave us helpless. Instead, He fills us with His strength and gives us courage to face each situation!

God’s grace is not just a comfort; it is our daily strength. It supports us in weakness, guides us through uncertainty, and helps us move forward with quiet confidence!

Let us continue to trust God each day, knowing that He cares for us and walks with us through every moment!

Have a great day!

God’s Plan to Build His Church - The REAL NT Pattern of Ministry/Service (Eph. 4:11-16):

1. God builds His church through the ministry of gifted leaders /equipping leaders - Apostles, Prophets, evangelists, pastors & teachers (Eph.4:11-12). Apostles & Prophets were foundational gifts and they laid the doctrinal foundation of the church. Evangelists, pastors and teachers are now in place in God’s plan for the spiritual health and growth of the church.

2. The equipping leaders are the tools that God uses to make believers ready and prepared for service.

3. God also builds His church through the ministry of all members, gifted and equipped (4:13-16).

4. The ultimate result - Growing into a mature church (4:13-16).

5. Every believer is in full-time ministry - the saints do the work of ministry, not just the pastor. The saints are able to effectively serve to the degree and extent to which they are equipped.

6. Church is not a spectator sport. Saints are not called to watch the pastor do the work of service. At the same time the role of equipping leaders must be recognized in the church. In our zeal for anti-clericalism/ pastoralism we should not neglect or ignore the ministry of equipping leaders.

7. The NT pattern of ministry: “All hands on deck.” But all hands must be equipped and prepared to do the work of service.

That “Quiet Time” Isn’t Working

Is your "quiet time" a checklist item, a box to tick? You read a verse, mumble a prayer, and feel nothing. The problem isn't God's silence; it's our rush. We approach the King of the universe like a fast-food drive-thru, then wonder why we're still hungry. Relationship requires lingering. Put down the Bible-study app. Sit in the stillness. Let the Scripture read you. Stop performing a duty and start attending a Person. "Be still, and know that I am God." Psalm 46:10 (ESV)

Stop Inviting People to Church
We hide behind the safe invitation: “Come to my church.” It feels easier than being the Church. But what your neighbor needs first isn’t a service; it’s a servant. They need to see Christ’s patience in your listening, His kindness in your help, His forgiveness in your grace. Live the Gospel so compellingly that the question comes naturally: “Where did you learn to love like that?” Then, the invitation becomes an answer they already want. "By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another."
— John 13:35 (NIV)
