If You See These Signs, You’re in a New Season
¨
Signs of a New Season

1. A Shift in Your Desires and Priorities
When God transitions you into a new season, your passions, priorities, and interests often change.

"For it is God who works in you both to will and to do for His good pleasure." (Philippians 2:13 NKJV)

2. Doors Closing and New Ones Opening
Old opportunities fade, and new doors that align with God’s will open.

"See, I have set before you an open door, and no one can shut it." (Revelation 3:8 NKJV)

3. Unusual Opposition
A new season often attracts increased spiritual warfare.

"For a great and effective door has opened to me, and there are many adversaries." (1 Corinthians 16:9 NKJV)

4. A Sense of Restlessness
God stirs your spirit to move forward and not settle in the old.

"You have dwelt long enough at this mountain. Turn and take your journey." (Deuteronomy 1:6-7 NKJV)

5. Relationships Changing

Some people leave your life while new relationships are introduced by God.

Ruth's transition from Moab to Bethlehem with Naomi marked a new season in her life.

"But Ruth said: 'Entreat me not to leave you, or to turn back from following after you; for wherever you go, I will go; and wherever you lodge, I will lodge; your people shall be my people, and your God, my God.'" (Ruth 1:16 NKJV)

6. New Levels of Responsibility
God entrusts you with greater responsibility, stretching your faith.

"He who is faithful in what is least is faithful also in much." (Luke 16:10 NKJV)

7. A Renewed Hunger for God
A fresh season is marked by a deeper craving for His presence and Word.

"As the deer pants for the water brooks, so pants my soul for You, O God." (Psalm 42:1 NKJV)

8. God’s Peace Despite Uncertainty
You may not understand everything, but you experience supernatural peace.

"And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:7 NKJV)

9. Change of Financial Supply
God provides resources, wisdom, and opportunities for the new season.

"And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:19 NKJV)

10. A Call to Step Out in Faith
The new season requires courage to move forward without full clarity.

"By faith Abraham obeyed when he was called to go out to the place which he would receive as an inheritance. And he went out, not knowing where he was going." (Hebrews 11:8 NKJV)

What Makes Short Prayers Powerful

The length of a prayer is not necessarily a measure of its effectiveness. Short, sincere prayers can be just as powerful as long ones.

1. Faith. It’s not the shortness of the prayer that guarantees the answer; it’s the faith in that short prayer (Mt 21:22).

2. Humility. Short prayers are often a sincere and humble cry for help that God values (James 4:6).

3. Urgency. Many short prayers in the Bible are made urgently, showing the deep dependence upon God (Jonah 2:2).

4. Accordance with God’s will. Prayers that align with God’s will and His purpose to recognize and receive His power (1 Jn 5:14).

The first picture is of Titanic, which is one of the most famous ships in history, which was made of steel, it was the largest and most magnificent ship ever, and its creators even had said, God can't sink it. However, it sank in three hours only on April 15, 1912.

In the second picture, it's a Gopher wooden ship, i.e. Noah's ship. The ship floated on the water for forty days and forty nights, without sinking or being damaged. You know why? It is because of the Power of our Living God who protected it. In the same way, no matter how big our problems are, if we have faith and if we fully rely on our Living God, our Living God will protect us and solve all our problems which we face, so we have to leave in God's Hands whatever issues we come across in our life, He will surely help us. It is written in Jeremiah 32:27, "Is any work too hard for me?"

5 Reasons Prayers Don't Get Answered

1. Unforgiveness (Mark 11:25-26)

If you harbor bitterness, offense, or unforgiveness in your heart towards somebody, it will hinder your prayers.

2. Unbelief (James 1:6-7)

If you are doubting, find Scripture about what you are praying for to understand God’s heart on the matter.

3. Wrong Motive (James 4:3)

If you are asking God for something, but there is no peace concerning what you are asking for, you may need to re-evaluate your motives.

4. Unconfessed Sin (Isaiah 59:1-2)

Having something on your heart that weighs you down and distracts your mind will cause an inability for you to connect with God.

5. Mistreating Your Spouse (1 Peter 3:7)

You must repent if you are harsh, mean, intentionally hurting their feelings, or speaking negative words that destroy their self-identity.

How to Break Curses

1. Recognize when something is repeating that doesn’t line up with Scripture.

2. Repent for any way you or your ancestors may have contributed to that.

3. Renounce any curse that the Lord is highlighting to you verbally.

4. Release forgiveness to people who may have hurt you.

5. Replace thoughts, attitudes, and actions to align with God’s Word.

6. Resist and stand against the patterns of ungodly behavior.

8 Truths About the Fire

- God’s presence is like a fire (Heb 12:29).
- God’s Word is like a fire (Jer 23:29)
- The Holy Spirit is like a fire (Mt 3:11; Acts 2:3).

1. Fire brings light -
How can we be the world’s light without a flame?

2. Fire brings heat -
God wants you to live radiating His love.

3. Fire purges -
God’s fire purifies your heart.

4. Fire needs fuel -
God may start the fire within you, but you must keep it going by your habits.

5. Fire spreads -
When you catch on fire for Jesus, those around you get affected.

6. Fire can be extinguished -
Bad habits and wrong people can put out God's fire within you.

7. Fire produces smoke -
When you get on fire for God, it can produce criticism and attract opposition.

8. Fire leaves ashes -
Ashes are a sign that your fire is no longer there, and only the memories of how you once loved God remain.

Things that Break the Holy Spirit’s Heart

1. A persistent life of disobedience (Is 63:10).

2. When we make a commitment to the Lord and don’t make good on that promise (Acts 5:3).

3. When we reject His messengers (Acts 7:51).

4. When we harden our hearts during hard times (Heb 3:7-8).

5. When we intentionally hurt others (Eph 4:30).

6. When we fear men more than we love Him (1 Thess 5:19).

7. When we credit the devil with miracles done by the Holy Spirit (Luke 12:10).

Revive us, and we will call upon Your name. Ps 80:18

You would think that God begins to move when people pray first. But this verse suggests the reverse: The people will call on God after revival happens.

True revival is always initiated by God’s Spirit, not by human effort.

Communion with the Holy Spirit

"The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit be with you all. Amen" 2 Cor 13:14.

1. Jesus’ gift is grace.
Mercy takes away what I deserve. Grace gives me what I don’t deserve.

2. The Father’s gift is love.
God’s love is undeserving and unconditional.

3. The Spirit’s gift is friendship.
“Communion” in Greek is koinonia, which means participation in social relations, fellowship, distribution, association, community, or joint participation.
This word is mentioned about 20 times in the New Testament.

Communion is different than prayer; it’s friendship. When you fellowship with your brothers and sisters, you’re not praying to them; you’re talking with them. That’s what the Holy Spirit wants with us.

Communion of the Holy Spirit is a conversation with a believer. The Holy Spirit wants to have an ongoing conversation with you in your spirit. It’s not just in your prayer time while listening to a sermon or only while reading your Bible–at all times.

The Holy Spirit extends the offer of His communion. The only reason we can have communion with the Holy Spirit is because He yearns to have communion with us.

🚪THE ENEMY'S METHOD OF ENTRY

▫️The enemy, (satan) is NOT omnipresent, he can not be everywhere at the same time. However, he has a hoard of 1/3 of the angels (now evil spirits ) which fell; who work with him.

▫️Many people have too many open doors to the enemy in their life. The enemy is the thief and wants to rob you and they search entry points of your house. If you leave your door open everyday, the thief will eventually rob your house. Your house needs to be protected and sealed.

▫️The spiritual world is more real then the natural world. The enemy can see what doors are open due to bad habits, they know exactly how to approach you; they keep walking past your life. Demons know if your walk with God is real or fake. You can’t fake God or demons.

⚠️We cannot be ignorant of satan‘s devices ;they are on assignments and out to kill and destroy us.

"Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices”.
2 Corinthians 2:11

“A thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I have come so that they may have life and have it in abundance.” John‬ ‭10:10‬ ‭

▫️Unfortunately many of us lose battles to the enemy because we don't understand his methods and the enemy can enter into our lives and set up strongholds. As believers we have to take a stand and make it a priority to make sure that we never leave anything open to him.

“and don’t give the devil an opportunity.”
‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭4:27‬ ‭

▫️It is so important to confess and repent from all sin, name the major ones individually to God. Next, it’s time to take authority over your actions, words and anything that you have done or said that doesn’t line up with the things of Christ.

▫️The devil will keep going through that door until you seal it shut.
You need to put a brick wall where there was a revolving door.

“Rather, each person is tempted when he is lured and enticed by his own desire. Then desire conceives and brings forth sin, and when sin reaches maturity it gives birth to death.” James‬ ‭1:14-15‬ ‭

⚠️Don’t let the enemy enter and establish his ground and build a fortress of lies around you to protect and maintain his presence and control.

Conviction vs. Condemnation

1. Conviction is specific; condemnation is general.
Conviction says, “You spoke harshly to your wife.”
Condemnation says, “You are a worthless husband.”

2. Conviction attacks the issue; condemnation attacks your identity.

3. Conviction is from the Holy Spirit; condemnation is from the devil.

4. Conviction gives you hope; condemnation makes you hopeless.
The Holy Spirit convicts, but condemnation is the opposite.
It makes you feel like you are a loser, a failure, and like you can’t change.

5. Conviction leads to repentance; condemnation leads to remorse.

Dwelling IN His Presence.........
Look at the kid "hiding" in plain sight.😲😁 Now read the whole scripture on the post. Remember, God is OMNIPRESENT........His Presence is EVERYWHERE! (Doesn't mean He is IN Everything)

The kid (us?) thinks he's hiding just as David did when he had s*x with Bathsheba who was not only NOT his wife, but, was someone else's wife! He says even in the darkness he couldn't hide from God's light. (Light always wins...think about a small candle in a big dark room)

During a short devotion time, people may or may not step out from behind that tree. That time should start with - vs. 23-24: Search me Oh God. Look into my heart & examine me. Look at my thoughts & see if there's any wicked way in me. And then Lord, YOU lead me in YOUR Righteous Everlasting way!

Step out from behind the tree & be totally naked before Him. I couldn't help but think of Eve in the garden. Naked & hiding behind a tree; SCARED to step into His presence. He already knows what we're hiding behind & why.

Step out & let Him help you. Sin is just a tree to God & He sees right through it. The "tree" (sin) is only hiding HIM from our vision.

As you go through your day, ask the Holy Spirit to convict you of wrong thoughts & be willing to step out from behind the tree & own it. Be stripped of any "pretence" in His Sight/Presence all day. After all, He's in your presence...why not join Him!

Read Psalm 139:1-24 with this picture in mind. He KNOWS we're imperfect & loves us anyway. HOWEVER, He wants our commitment to allow Him to continually transform us into the IMAGE OF JESUS.
