This "aratrik" performed every day in the early morning, just before sunrise ...
These offerings are special to greet nature for giving us so many things to live ... fresh air, sun rays, foods for a living - all we get with the help of nature ... we pray for the betterment of every living being & pray to God for giving all of us a better living ...

Our Moto - the real preaching of Vedanta said in the Sanskrit language – "आत्मनो मोक्षार्थं जगद्हिताय च" (Atmano Moksharth Jagat Hitaya Cha) which means “For one’s own salvation, and for the welfare of the world”

Evening Aratrik going on at "Brahmanand Advaita Ashram" Bolpur, Santiniketan branch. Aratrik performed by Shri Kanan Prabhu ji of Bolpur, Santiniketan Ashram (Aratrik - means offerings to god following all mythological rituals & instructions for the betterment of all human societies, all living beings. Aratrik held every day in the early morning at the time of Sunrise and in the evening just after the Sun Set).

You'll see here one of the rarest Shiva Lingam, Narmada Lingam, found naturally in the river Narmada - flowing through Madhya Pradesh & Gujrat. Narmada Shiva Lingams are regarded as the Holiest of all the Shiva Lingams found in the world.

Mata Jagadhhatri is there to bless everyone.
