Daily Plan for the 10 Days of Dhul-Hijjah
1. Make a Sincere Intention
(Intend to dedicate these days to earning Allah's pleasure.)
2. Increase in Dhikr (Remembrance)
"Allahu Akbar" (Allah is the Greatest)
"Alhamdulillah" (All praise is due to Allah)
"La ilaha illAllah" (There is no god but Allah)
"SubhanAllah" (Glory be to Allah)
3. Pray on Time (with Sunnah prayers)
Try not to miss any fardh (obligatory) prayers.
Add Sunnah and night prayers (Tahajjud) if possible.
4. Fast (especially on the Day of Arafah 9th Dhul-Hijjah) Fasting on the 9th erases sins of the past & coming year.
5. Read or Listen to the Qur'an Daily Even 1 page a day with reflection is powerful.
6. Give Charity Give even small amounts each day. Set aside a little daily amount or give it secretly to someone in need.
7. Make Du'a especially heartfelt ones Ask for forgiveness, healing, guidance, and Jannah. Include prayers for your family, Ummah, and those suffering.
8. Avoid Sins & Bad Habits Be conscious of your words and actions. Try not to backbite, argue, or waste time.
9. Avoid cutting hair/nails if doing Qurbani
10. Improve character & fulfil others rights Keep Hajj spirit alive & thank Allah on Eid
