Branched out in 1993 and officially established in 1994 from Fambong EPCS, Rumbuk EPCS continues to grow in God’s grace and faithfulness.

We, the Fambong EPCS family, wholeheartedly congratulate Rumbuk EPCS on completing 33 blessed years of ministry. We also extend our sincere congratulations to Eld. S.T. Lepcha for completing 50 years in God’s service and ministry.

This image of Fambong Church, established in 1880 and once known as “Phambong” (“Pham” in Lepcha meaning avocado, reflecting the plantations that once flourished here), carries the spirit of generations united in faith.

Born through the humble mission of Scottish missionaries and nurtured under the leadership of the beloved late Cath. Gambu Lepcha, along with many devoted and respected successors—some still living, while many have now rested in Christ—this sacred house of the Lord has witnessed countless renovations, prayers, tears, hopes, and praises throughout its journey through time.

Across every generation, Fambong Evangelical Presbyterian Church continues to shine as a beacon of worship, unity, and enduring devotion to God.
