This is the shocking reality of the roadside in Behibagh, Kulgam, where dirty water and sewage are openly flowing, making the entire area unbearable due to the foul smell. The irony? This unhygienic condition exists right in front of the Primary Health Center (PHC) and Block Development Office (BDO)—institutions meant to serve public health and development.

Residents and visitors struggle to even breathe here, yet the concerned authorities seem to be turning a blind eye. This is not just an inconvenience but a serious health hazard that demands immediate action!
