Nongsawlia Presbyterian Church, Sohra, Meghalaya. This beautiful church is the oldest church in Meghalaya and the first church in the North east. It was built in 1841 AD by the Wesh Fathers and later destroyed in the great earthquake of 1897. It was rebuilt and has celebrated its 175 th anniversary.
