One stormy night, a little boy was traveling with his father in a small boat. The waves were strong, and the wind howled loudly. The boy looked scared, but his father was calm, steering the boat with steady hands.
The boy asked, “Father, aren’t you afraid the boat will sink?”
The father smiled and said, “Son, don’t be afraid. I know how to guide this boat safely.”
Hearing this, the boy closed his eyes and rested, because he trusted his father completely.
In the same way, when life’s storms rise against us, we may feel afraid. But if we put our faith in Jesus, our Heavenly Father, we can rest in His care—because He knows how to guide us safely through every storm.
