1995 में परम पूज्य स्वामी द्वारका यति जी महाराज एवम परम पूज्य स्वामी ब्रह्मानन्द जी महाराज की कृपा दृष्टि हुई कुछ सदस्यों पर और धर्म संस्थापना एवम प्रचार हेतु एक संस्था का निर्माण किया गया,,,,हरि इच्छा सनातन धर्म प्रचार मण्डल।
फिर अगस्त 1996 में स्वामी ब्रह्मानन्द जी द्वारा मन्दिर श्री मनसा देवी में श्रीमद भागवत महापुराण की कथा की गई।
इसके उपरान्त बहुत सारे संत समागम, कथाएं, संकीर्तन, जागरण इत्यादि होते रहे। गुरुदेव की प्रेरणा से 2000 ईसवी में पटियाला रोड पर, 7500 गज भूमि खरीद की गई और एक ट्रस्ट का निर्माण किया गया,,,,हरि इच्छा ब्रह्म आश्रम ट्रस्ट (रजिस्टर्ड)
