Everyone wants that someone should fight for right but no one want to come forward... I have tried a lot to join the people so that we could make an association and raise our voice... but it seems that no one want to take the initiative... and for sure a single person can not fight with the whole unresponsive system.... I am very disappointed with the people specially Fast Track Young Scientists .... Just think how many young scientists PI are there in India and if there would have been a provision that the Young Scientist should be absorbed in the same institute of any other institute in the State ... will it not support the Scientist and the Institute...?????????
