How to use Ayurveda in daily life? 👇
🌅 1. Start Your Day Early
Wake up early — ideally before sunrise. It helps your body stay in tune with nature’s rhythm and gives you calm, fresh energy for the day.
🚿 2. Cleanse and Refresh
Brush your teeth and scrape your tongue to remove toxins.
Drink a glass of warm water (you can add lemon or honey) to cleanse your stomach.
Take a warm bath to refresh your body and mind.
🧘♀️ 3. Do Yoga and Pranayama
Spend 15–30 minutes on light yoga or breathing exercises. This improves flexibility, focus, and energy flow.
🍽️ 4. Eat According to Your Dosha
Ayurveda says we all have a unique body type — Vata, Pitta, or Kapha.
Eat foods that balance your type:
Vata: Warm, cooked, oily foods (avoid cold, dry foods)
Pitta: Cool, fresh foods (avoid spicy or oily foods)
Kapha: Light, warm foods (avoid heavy, sweet foods)
🕐 5. Eat Mindfully
Eat at regular times.
Avoid overeating.
Sit calmly, chew well, and enjoy your food without distractions.
☀️ 6. Use Natural Herbs and Spices
Add Ayurvedic spices like turmeric, ginger, cumin, cinnamon, and tulsi to your food — they aid digestion and immunity.
🌿 7. Stay Hydrated
Drink warm or room-temperature water throughout the day. Avoid ice-cold drinks as they weaken digestion (Agni).
🧴 8. Do Self-Massage (Abhyanga)
Massage your body with warm sesame or coconut oil once or twice a week. It improves circulation, skin health, and relaxation.
🌙 9. Sleep Well
Sleep early and wake up early. Avoid heavy meals or screen time before bed. Good sleep keeps your mind and body in balance.
💭 10. Keep Your Mind Peaceful
Practice meditation, gratitude, or deep breathing daily. Ayurveda says a peaceful mind is key to true health.
