The mind is not stilled through force,
but through two essential qualities:

• Abhyāsa — consistent practice
• Vairāgya — detachment

Practice teaches us to return.
Detachment teaches us to let go.

Together, they open the path of Yoga. 🕉️

Not everything can be explained with words.
Some things are only understood sitting around the fire, breathing together, offering in silence, listening deeply.

This wasn’t just a ritual.
It was remembrance.
Of the body as temple.
Of sisterhood as sādhanā.
Of Agni as transformation.
Of Shakti moving through all of us.

Thank you for bringing your presence, your openness and your truth into the circle. ❤️‍🔥

A wandering monk arrived from India carrying nothing… except Dharma. Swami Tilak Paramahansa did not come to create followers — he came to awaken souls. 🔥

Through tapasya, compassion and the guidance of his Guru, he carried the eternal wisdom of Sanatana Dharma from India to the West, transforming lives through simplicity, discipline and presence.

In Granada, Spain, destiny united Master and disciple 50 years ago. From that sacred meeting, received the flame of the lineage and dedicated his life to serving Dharma.

Since then, his teachings remains alive

A true Master never dies.

🌺 Meeting with the Ambassador of India in Spain 🇮🇳

A deeply meaningful moment in our journey on the path of Dharma.

Gurudeva, Shankaratilaka Swami and I had the honor of being received by the Ambassador of India in Spain in his residency, in a meeting marked by respect, warmth, and a spirit of collaboration.

We shared our work through ACADEMIA YOGA & DHARMA and Dharmalaya Ashrama in Spain, Yogalaya ashrama in India and Vedikus Dharma in Hungary, as well as our international projects dedicated to the dissemination of Yoga, Vedānta, and the Vedic tradition across Europe.

This encounter strengthens the cultural bonds between India and Spain, and reaffirms our commitment to serve as a living bridge between East and West.

🙏 Grateful for the warm welcome and recognition. We continue walking in service of the Dharma.

El yoga es un viaje de autodescubrimiento. No se trata de tocar los dedos de los pies, sino de lo que aprendes en el camino hacia ellos. Y puede que falles muchas veces, y tendrás que levantarte otras tantas hasta conseguirlo.

Es un recordatorio constante de que, aunque la vida esté llena de desafíos, siempre podemos encontrar un momento de paz y claridad en nuestro interior cuando conectamos con la naturaleza del Ser, en Paramatma.

Cada respiración consciente en el asana es una oportunidad para regresar al momento presente, para encontrar equilibrio y serenidad en ti mismo, libre de todo lo externo, adherido y ajeno.
