🔥 THE DAILY DISCIPLINE OF SEEKING TRUTH 🔥
In today's fast-moving world, people search for:
💰 Wealth
🏆 Success
🌍 Recognition
📱 Information
But Bhagawan reminds us that the greatest search of life is the search for Truth.
This search should not happen once a week or only in a place of worship.
🌅 It should become our daily spiritual discipline.
But how do we discover Truth?
Bhagawan says:
✨ Purify the intellect through Tapas.
Many think Tapas means standing on one leg, fasting for long periods, or performing severe austerities.
But Bhagawan gives a much deeper meaning.
True Tapas is:
❤️ Performing every action with a noble purpose.
🙏 Yearning sincerely for God.
🌿 Repenting for past mistakes.
💪 Practising self-control.
⚖️ Remaining calm in both success and failure.
✨ Holding firmly to virtue in every situation.
Tapas is the fire that burns away ego, selfishness, and impurity.
When the heart is purified,
🌺 Truth shines.
🌺 Wisdom awakens.
🌺 God becomes present in every moment.
Bhagawan also gives us three simple steps for spiritual growth:
👂 Shravanam – Listen to uplifting words and Divine teachings.
🤔 Mananam – Reflect deeply upon them.
🧘 Nididhyasanam – Meditate on the Truth until it becomes your own experience.
Knowledge heard but never practised cannot transform life.
Only when noble thoughts become noble actions does spirituality blossom.
In this age of distractions, let your life be guided by:
🌿 Satkarma – Good deeds
🌿 Sadachara – Good conduct
🌿 Satpravartana – Pure thoughts and attitudes
These are the lamps that light the path to God.
💖 The search for Truth is not an occasional activity—it is the purpose of life.
