On Saturday, 7th February, the National Office Bearers and Active Workers Conference unfolded as a shared spiritual experience under the guidance of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba. From the opening Vedam to the closing aarti, participants were reminded that this is Swamiโ€™s organisation and that all are walking the path He has laid.

Reflections on His discourse emphasised unity, the fatherhood of God and the brotherhood of man, expressed through loving speech, humility, compassion, and restraint. Looking back on the Centenary year, gratitude was expressed for initiatives such as A Bhajan A Week, Moments With Sai, the Zonal pilgrimage to Prasanthi Nilayam, national prayers, medical camps, and local service activities.

New National Council President Brother Sakthi shared a forward-looking vision focused on community outreach, strengthening Sai centres, and love in action. Zonal Chair Brother Sh*tu encouraged removing the ego, having faith in God, and surrendering to His will. Deputy National President Brother Roni highlighted the organisationโ€™s charitable standing and the importance of clear, united communication, while Central Coordinator Bro. Ketan reflected on the significance of serving as an Office Bearer.

Reports from the Service, Young Adults, Spiritual, and Bal Vikas (SSE) wings, along with Digital and SSEHV teams, reinforced that service is spiritual practice โ€” fostering inner transformation while helping others. Workshops on spiritual balance and inner vision further encouraged personal growth in service. The day concluded with the reassuring reminder that Swami continues to guide every step: Love all, serve all. Help ever, hurt never.

As part of the sacred Centenary Celebrations of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba, the Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisations - India undertook a powerful national sadhana: the chanting of the Ekadasha Rudra Parayanam at all twelve Jyotirlinga Kshetras across India. Beginning in April 2025 as a prayerful offering for world peace and universal welfare, this year-long spiritual initiative culminated grandly at Srisailam on 1 March 2026 โ€” a shrine uniquely revered as both a Jyotirlinga of Lord Mallikarjuna and a Shaktipeetha of Goddess Brahmarambika, sanctified further by Bhagawanโ€™s divine visit in 1963.

Over 5,000 devotees from across the country gathered for the finale, united in devotion and gratitude. The day began with Nagar Sankeertan before dawn, followed by a sacred procession and formal lamp-lighting ceremony. Addressing the gathering, Mr RJ Rathnakar highlighted that such a monumental spiritual assembly at Srisailam was a manifestation of Bhagawanโ€™s divine will.

The chanting of eleven complete Sri Rudram recitations then resounded through the temple precincts, creating a powerful wave of collective prayer for peace and harmony. Spanning the entire nation over a year, this sacred yajna of sound became more than a ritual โ€” it was a unified spiritual movement and a journey of inner transformation, reminding devotees that the true culmination lies in living the values of humility, purity, unity, and steadfast faith in the Divine Will.

The Lunar New Year celebrations at Prasanthi Nilayam have grown from Sathya Sai Babaโ€™s loving encouragement of East Asian devotees into a cherished annual offering that blends culture with spiritual meaning emphasising inner renewal, gratitude, and unity.

This year, Prasanthi was transformed into a vibrant โ€œChina Town,โ€ richly decorated in festive red with lanterns, drapes, and an altar near the Sannidhi featuring candles, incense, fruits symbolising abundance, and an idol of Swami. The evening began with a ceremonial procession of traditional Chinese deities into Sai Kulwant Hall, followed by the lighting of lamps by Mr K Chakravarthi and Mr RJ Rathnakar, formally inaugurating the celebrations, launching the commemorative Angpow, and conducting the Rice Blessing Ceremony for prosperity and harmony.

A key highlight was Teerakiat Jareonsettasin (Dr Judo) sharing personal experiences of Swamiโ€™s guidance and transformative love that transcends culture and language. The programme concluded with an orchestral offering by devotees from Singapore, seamlessly blending Chinese New Year songs with bhajans underscoring the celebration as a spiritual testament to Swamiโ€™s universal love, beyond a cultural observance.
