At Kalewadi Buddhansmurti Vihar, a 1 Day workshop for the youth was conducted by Triratna Dehuroad Kalewadi Center at Buddhansmurti Vihar

The workshop was attended by 35+ Participants with youth coming from across the Pune region, the workshop was conducted by
Dh Achintyaratna
Dh Karmabal
Dh Shraddhadeep

The workshop is based on book "Buddha's Brain" written by Dr Rick Hanson and Dr Richard Mendis, in audience we were fortunate to have 2 Doctors ( Dr Asit Meshram and Dr Patole Sir ), they were able to valildate the workshop and the contents of the book and its relevance

1) The workshop started with Shakyamuni Mantra Chanting by DM Prashant Rangari,
2) DH Vajradharinin did the hosting of the program, after chanting she led 10 minutes of mindfulness meditation,
3) After this welcome ceremony of the speaker and guests was done
4) The workshop started where Projector was used to display the contents
5) After 1.5 Hrs of session 1, the team took lunch and started workshop at 2 PM
6) DM Pratima Bansode engaged the team with Fun Games related to numbers
7) Post Games the part 2 of session and 5 action items were discussed in detail
8) The session ended with wonderful RatanSutta by DM Shubhangi Alone : https://fb.watch/rL9J_W1x9O/
