My name is Harpreet sharma, I have Succesfully Completed Yoga Alliance YTT 200 hours from Rishikesh, India.

I am a yoga Instructor. I teach gentle yoga designed to heal body, mind & soul.
I belive, we all have endless potential and yoga goes beyond the physical. It helps to heal balance and grow our lives in every moment.

The study of the asana is not about mastering posture, It about using Posture to understand and transform yourself.

Iam providing online classes for all age groups.

As a Yoga Instructor my mission is to bring peace and healing through yoga and meditation in everyone's life.

If you would like to learn this beautiful healing modality, experience self healing, self growth, expand your intuition or facilitate healing for others then this workshop is for you!

In Reiki Level 1 we cover the basic teachings of Reiki and self healing. You will also get hands on experience so you walk away with the knowledge to perform Reiki Sessions on yourself and practice on family and friends if you choose to do so.

There are no pre-requisites or special skills needed to attend this workshop. We are all natural healers and Reiki is something we all have the ability to tap into.
