🕯️ O Eternal and Loving Father,
Fountain of infinite mercy, light, and everlasting joy, we draw near to the throne of Thy Divine Majesty with hearts full of faith, thanksgiving, and profound hope. We praise Thee for the unfathomable love wherewith Thou hast redeemed the world through the Passion, Death, and glorious Resurrection of Thy dearly beloved Son, our Lord Jesus Christ.

🕊️ Look down, O Lord, with tender and fatherly eyes upon the holy and faithful souls detained in Purgatory. We rejoice in the knowledge that they are forever secure in Thy grace, marked as heirs of Thy Kingdom, and that their salvation is eternally won. Though they linger yet in the sweet, purifying crucible of Thy charity, being made radiant and spotless for the heavenly nuptials, we ask Thee to shorten the time of their waiting and bring them swiftly into the full brilliance of Thy Beatific Vision.

✝️ Through the infinite merits of the Most Precious Blood of Jesus, shed upon the Cross and perpetually offered upon the altars of Thy Holy Church throughout the world, pour forth a torrent of divine consolation upon them. Let the sweet dews of Thy mercy refresh them; let the bright dawn of Thy presence scatter every shadow; and let the peace of Christ fill their longing hearts with uncontainable joy.

🤍 We earnestly commend to Thy loving embrace:
🕯️ Our beloved parents, brothers, sisters, children, and kinfolk, who loved and sustained us in this earthly pilgrimage;
🕯️ Our faithful friends, teachers, and departed benefactors, through whose hands Thou hast bestowed upon us countless blessings;
🕯️ The souls of all holy priests, consecrated religious, and shepherds who faithfully administered Thy Sacraments and preached Thy Word;
🕯️ The most forgotten and abandoned souls, who have none on earth to offer prayers or sacrifices in their memory;
🕯️ And those souls who are closest to their final deliverance, that this very hour may be the moment of their glorious coronation in Heaven.

🌹 O Blessed Virgin Mary, Queen of Heaven, Mother of Mercy, and Consoler of the Afflicted: stretch forth thy maternal hand to thy suffering children. Visit them with thy sweet presence, comfort them with the warmth of thy motherly heart, and lead them by the hand to the throne of thy Divine Son.

🛡️ O Glorious Saint Michael the Archangel, prince of the heavenly host and standard-bearer of the divine light: sound thy trumpet of victory, guide these holy souls past every threshold, and usher them into the eternal dwelling prepared for them from the foundation of the world.

👼 O Holy Guardian Angels, who accompanied these souls through all the perils of this mortal life: come now and complete your joyful mission. Bear them up on wings of light, and present them rejoicing before the face of the Most High.

🌟 Open wide, O Lord, the gates of the Heavenly Jerusalem! Let the eternal banquet begin for these Thy redeemed children. May they enter into that paradise where there is no more weeping, nor sorrow, nor pain, but life everlasting, unbroken peace, and the unending splendor of Thy love.

🙏 And when our own earthly race is run, grant that we may be reunited with them in Thy holy presence, to sing Thy boundless praises with all the Angels and Saints through all the endless ages of eternity.

🕯️ ℣. Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord.
🕊️ ℟. And let perpetual light shine upon them.

🕯️ ℣. May they rest in peace.

ஆண்டவர் இயேசுவே, நல்லவரே! நேர்மையானவரே! உம்மை துதிக்கின்றேன். என் குடும்பத்தை சிறப்பாக உயத்தினீரே! நன்றி ஐயா. உமக்காய் ஊழியம் செய்து நல்லதை நாடி அறிய வழிகாட்டிய உம் அளப்பரிய கொடைக்காய் நன்றி கூறுகின்றேன். "உழைக்காதவன் உண்ணலாகது; நன்மை செய்வதில் மனம் தளர வேண்டாம்" என்று இன்றைய இறைவார்த்தையின் மூலமாய் அறிவுரை தந்து வாழ அழைப்பதற்காய் நன்றி கூறுகின்றேன். இயேசுவே! நீர் தந்த அதிசயமான, அற்புதமான நேரங்களை சோம்பல் என்ற பலவீனத்தால் வீணடித்த தருணங்களை நினைத்து மனம் வருந்துகின்றேன்.அதற்காக என்னை மன்னியும்.ஒவ்வொரு மணியையும் உமக்கு உகந்ததாய் பயன்படுத்தவும், ஆன்மீக தேடல்களில் நேரத்தை பயன்படுத்தவும், அதற்கான வழிகளை எனக்கு தெளிவாக காட்டும். ஆண்டவரே இயேசுவே! நற்பண்போடு அறிவும், அறிவோடு தன்னடக்கமும், தன்னடக்கத்தோடு மன உறுதியும், மன உறுதியோடு இறைப்பற்றும், இறைப்பற்றோடு சகோதர நேயமும், கொண்டு வாழவும்; அதனால் சோம்பல் என்ற பலவீனத்தை என்னிடம் இருந்து அகற்றி; உம்மோடு இணைந்திருக்கவும் எனக்கு கிருபை தாரும். இயேசுவே! வேலை இல்லாமல் இருப்பவர்களுக்காக உம்மிடம் வருகின்றேன். விரும்பும் தொழிலை நீர்தாமே அவர்களுக்கு வாக்குபண்ணி அவர்கள் முயற்சிகளை உம் சித்தப்படி ஆசீர்வாதங்களாக மாற்றுங்கப்பா; இன்று தமது விஷேட தினங்களை கொண்டாடுபவர்களை ஆசீர்வதியும்; 'அமைதியை அருளும் ஆண்டவர் தாமே; எப்பொழுதும் எல்லா வகையிலும் உங்களுக்கு அமைதி அளிப்பாராக! ஆண்டவர் உங்கள் அனைவரோடும் இருப்பாராக!' என்று தூய பவுல் தெசலோனிக்க மக்களுக்கு வழங்கிய ஆசீர்வாதம் அவர்களை நிறைவாக்கியதே!ஆனால் அதை விட பல மடங்கு சிறப்புமிக்க உம் ஆசீர்வாதத்தால் பாவியான என்னையும், என் குடும்பத்தையும் நிறைதருள வேண்டும் என்று இயேசுவின் தூய நாமத்தால் செபிக்கின்றேன். ஆமென்

MORNING PRAYER

In the Name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. AMEN.

Beloved God, with the first rays of sunlight that appear this morning, I come before You with a heart full of love to thank You for the wonderful gift of life, also for the bread on my table, for the gift of health, and for each of the beautiful blessings with which You fill my existence.

And in the silence of this day that is just beginning, I want to ask you for peace for my being, prudence in each of my actions, and strength for my spirit.

Today I want to look at the world with eyes full of kindness, to go out and fulfill my obligations with optimism and joy, for You, Lord, walk beside me, protecting me, giving me life, and guiding me along paths of love, fulfillment, and prosperity. Beloved God, if You are with me, my day will be one of triumph and rejoicing, and I will lack nothing.

Heavenly Father, I ask that you please protect my life from all danger and from the ill intentions of others. Please deliver me from all slander and let only charitable, loving, and kind thoughts arise in my mind. Make me an instrument of your peace and allow all who come near me to feel your presence. Beloved God, I beseech you to clothe me in yourself and go with me wherever I go.

Lord, before I go out to meet all the wonderful gifts You have prepared for me, I place my life, the lives of my family, and the lives of my friends in Your hands. I ask that You never forsake us, because today, as always, we need You. You are our safe haven in times of trouble, our beautiful valley where we can rest, our river of fresh, living water to quench our thirst. Please watch over us, guide us, and bless us always. Amen.
