CM has kindly agreed to be present for the Samashti Shri Hanuman Chalisa Hawan on 18th Jan 2026 at 11.30 am at Ponda Sports Complex ground Ponda Goa.

Hari Om Shri Hanuman Chalisa Hawan organised by Chinmaya Mission Ponda was a great success on 16th March 2025. Approximately 400 people took part in the Hawan. Hanuman Chalisa was chanted for 50 times collectively as the devotees offered Ahutis in the sacred fire.

Mr. Easwar Subramanyam जी and Mrs. Janakey Amma were the Pramukh Puja Yajamans. Mrs. Pratibha Prabhudesai, Mr. Brijpal Sing Gehlot, Mr. Dilipkumar Shirodkar, Mrs. Urmila Netravalkar, Mr. Nitin Dhawalikar, Mrs Suvarna Ashok Naik, Mr. Pranav and M/s Sumit Classic were the Pramukh Hawan Yajamans. Puja and Hawan Vidhi was guided by Shri Tanmay Sukthankar (भटजी) and team from Marcel. Chanting of Hanuman Chalisa was lead by Swami Sughoshananda ji and his team Consisting of Hrishikesh Dhavalikar, Sneha Lolyekar, Shivam Raikar, Puja Prabhudesai, Rudran Naik, Mayur Aigal, Shaishali Raikar, Virendra Shukla and others. Mr. Sujal Usgaonkar accompanied on tabla and Swami Sughoshananda and Ashwin Kamat played Harmonium.

After every 7 cycles of Hanuman Chalisa Chanting new batch of devotees set near the Hawan Kund.
Mahaprasad was offered to all which was sponsored by President of Chinmaya Mission Ponda Mr. Sandip Nigalye. Mrs. राजश्री Netravalkar from Panaji also gave her yearly contribution towards Annadan Seva.

Swamini Vimalananda is a senior disciple of Gurudev Swami Chinmayananda.

After acquiring an Honours degree in Architecture, her travels made her reflect on life and move from designing of the world of outer space to the seeking of the sacred inner space. The Chinmaya Mission Vedanta Course deepened her spiritual knowledge.

Her passion for education found fulfilment in concretising her Guru’s vision into the Chinmaya Vision Programme (CVP) in 1996 which now largely reflects in the National Education Policy (NEP) introduced in India by the Central Government in July 2020. Her multifarious contribution in the field of education as she headed the Chinmaya Mission Educational Cell for 25 years touched the lives of millions.

A dynamic leader, a serious seeker, a spiritual practitioner, a prodigious learner, a visionary educator, a nature lover, a prolific writer and a popular speaker, she travels around the world guiding seekers of all age groups. Her simple style of talking has captivated the intellectual and faithful alike. Her sense of aesthetics and depth of knowledge reflects in all her activities, including her writing.

Hari Om You are cordially invited for Samuhik Shri Hanuman Chalisa Hawan and 49 times Chanting of Hanuman Chalisa on Sunday 18th Feb. 2024 at Kranti Maidan Ponda Goa.

Hanuman Chalisa is a very powerful Stotra of Hanuman ji composed by Shri Goswami Tulasidas ji. It removes साडेसाती, incurable diseases, afflictions caused by भूत and पिशाच.
It purifies the mind of the chanter and bestows devotion at the feet of Shri Ramchandra ji.

Main Puja will start at 8.00am and Hawan will start by 9.15 am.
You may just pay rs. 250 and become Hawan yajaman and offer ahutis for 7 cycles of Hanuman Chalisa Chanting. You may also join for all 49 times of Hanuman Chalisa Chanting without having to pay anything.
महाप्रसाद will follow.
