👉 A mother serves her family selflessly, with humility and grace.
E — Encourager of Others

👉 Her words build up, inspire, and strengthen those around her.
R — Rooted in God’s Word
📖 Psalm 1:2–3
👉 She draws strength from Scripture, standing firm like a tree planted by streams of water.

💖 Conclusion:
A mother is a beautiful reflection of God’s love—faithful, strong, and full of grace. When she walks with God, her life becomes a blessing not only to her family but to everyone around her.

Happy New Year 2026 🎉

As we step into a brand-new year, I truly believe this is the Year of Establishment.

Not just a year of breakthrough moments, but a year of foundation, alignment, and building what will last. God is establishing lives, families, callings, ministries, and futures. What He begins this year is not meant to collapse—it’s meant to remain.

2026 is a year to:
• Clear the ground
• Hear God clearly
• Walk in obedience
• Build with wisdom
• Establish the Kingdom of God in every area of life

The old battles don’t get to follow you into this year. The old cycles don’t get to define your future. This is a season to reposition yourself for victory and allow God to strengthen what He has already spoken over your life.

“Through wisdom a house is built, and by understanding it is established.” (Proverbs 24:3)

Step into 2026 with faith, clarity, and expectation. God is building something solid—and you are part of it.

🌄 TRUST carries us forward — choosing His heart even when His plan is unclear.

✝️ OBEDIENCE completes it — aligning our actions with His will, regardless of the cost.

Many believe.
Some trust.
Few obey.

Which is the hardest to follow?

𝗣𝗔𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗦 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗧𝗘𝗔𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗦: 𝗪𝗛𝗬 𝗠𝗔𝗡𝗬 𝗗𝗢 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗖𝗢𝗢𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗘 𝗜𝗡 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗖𝗛𝗨𝗥𝗖𝗛 🕊📖
One of the silent challenges affecting many churches today is this reality:
👉 Most pastors do not fully cooperate with teachers in the church.
Yet both are part of the same Body of Christ — and both are meant to complement one another, not compete 🙏
Let’s talk about it honestly and constructively 💬

✳️ 𝗪𝗛𝗬 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗕𝗟𝗘𝗠 𝗘𝗫𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗦

🔹 Role misunderstanding — Some pastors see teachers as “correctors” instead of partners in doctrine.
🔹 Leadership insecurity — Where authority is misunderstood, strong teaching ministry may be seen as a threat instead of a blessing.
🔹 Different focus areas
Pastors = people-care, shepherding, relationships ❤️
Teachers = doctrine, grounding, foundations 📖
When not appreciated, differences become conflict instead of balance.
🔹 Over-pastoral church structures — In many churches, the pastoral office is emphasized while the teaching office is minimized.
🔹 Competition instead of cooperation — Some ministries operate like rivals rather than a united Fivefold team.
This weakens the church instead of strengthening it 🚫⛪

✳️ 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗚𝗢𝗗 𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗗 🙌

Pastors and teachers were never meant to work in isolation.
They need each other:
🧠 Teachers help the church
• Guard sound doctrine
• Build theological depth
• Prevent deception
❤️ Pastors help the church
• Shepherd believers
• Heal emotional wounds
• Build spiritual community
Together they produce:
✨ A grounded church
✨ A mature church
✨ A balanced church
Not shallow… not extreme… but healthy 💪

✳️ 𝗪𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗘 𝗖𝗢𝗢𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗕𝗘𝗚𝗜𝗡𝗦

✔ Respecting each ministry grace
✔ Understanding roles instead of fighting them
✔ Creating space for teaching ministry
✔ Working as a unified leadership team
The church grows stronger when:
🤝 Pastors shepherd the people
📖 Teachers ground the people
That is partnership — not competition.

✳️ 𝗙𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗧𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗚𝗛𝗧

A church that silences teachers weakens its foundation.
A church that rejects shepherds loses its heart.
But a church where pastors and teachers walk together…
🔥 Becomes stable
🔥 Becomes mature
🔥 Becomes impactful

May the Body of Christ rediscover cooperation — not conflict 🙏
