बोये जाते हैं बेटे.. पर उग जाती हैं बेटियाँ,खाद पानी बेटों को.. पर लहराती हैं बेटियां,स्कूल जाते हैं बेटे.. पर पढ़ जाती हैं बेटियां,मेहनत करते हैं बेटे.. पर अव्वल आती हैं बेटियां,रुलाते हैं जब खूब बेटे.. तब हंसाती हैं बेटियां,नाम करें न करें बेटे.. पर नाम कमाती हैं बेटियां,जब दर्द देते बेटे.. तब मरहम लगाती बेटियां,छोड़ जाते हैं जब बेटे.. तो काम आती हैं बेटियां,आशा रहती है बेटों से.. पर पुर्ण करती हैं बेटियां,हजारों फरमाइश से भरे हैं बेटे.. पर समय की नज़ाकत को समझती बेटियां,बेटी को चांद जैसा मत बनाओ कि हर कोई घूर घूर कर देखे…किंतु.. बेटी को सूरज जैसा बनाओ ताकि घूरने से पहले सब की नजर झुक जाये.
