KukiZo militants have been Killing Manipuris, burning Meitei houses, abducting Meitei civilians, pillaging Meitei villages and forcing migration of Meitei population. They have been using ugly, insidious and highly inhumate tactics of blockading to starve not only Meitei populous but also ethnic hill communities of Manipur especially in non-defended localities & villages. If this was not enough, they have also been vandalising Meitei cultural heritage.
More than 200 Manipuri’s have been killed and 50,000 to 1,00,000 have been rendered homeless. GoI has identified 38 areas as vulnerable. KukiZo have further, mercilessly targeted Manipur Police, Village Defence Force, IRB, Assam Rifles and Manipur Rifles. Kuki-Chin-Zomi have also set up 1500 to 1600 illegal villages in the hill districts of Manipur to grow o***m and further narco-terrorism.
Terrorist organisations such Kuki National Army (KNA), Kuki National Front (KNF), Kuki Independent Army, Zomi Revolutionary Army (ZRA), Thadou Revolutionary Army, Kuki Revolutionary Army (Hansing Clan), Zhoumi Revolutionary Front and Kuki Defence Force are actively committing the genocide of Meiteis and ethnic hill communities.
As a result of KukiZo militancy Churachandpur & Kangpokpi and Moreh have been badly ravaged. Further, 300 houses have been burnt in Ithai Moirangourel by Kukizo militants and Villages of Torbung & Govindpur are fully deserted.

We fervently request the government to take substantive steps to neutralise the KukiZo militancy and do area domination manoeuvres until order and peace is restored. Lastly, we request NRC to be implemented with urgency and illegal KukiZo individuals to be deported forthwith!
