Faith Journey Christian Ministries International We cannot have faith without some doubts, without questions...otherwise no faith would be required. Our Spiritual Journey is not like most trips.

There is not a set starting point, designated route and predetermined destination. Rather, the Sacred Journey is about broadening our image of God, about 'becoming' rather than being, about asking questions, about always moving forward toward the heart of God. The labyrinth, the symbol of the heart of God, is also the symbol for the Journey. The labyrinth is not a maze but a path along which we tr

avel in search of an understanding of life and faith. Fortunately, there are 'guides' for our journey...the Bible, of course, and other faith-formation writings, like The Sacred Journey by Frederick Buechner. Movies and music can also help us experience the world around us. Films such as A River Runs Through It, Pay It Forward, or The Hurricane are stories of individuals experiencing life as a journey. And there are examples of journeys taken by those before us. Scripture describes Peter at three different points in his life. In Mark 14:26-31 and Mark 14:66-72, we see a fearful, embarrassed Peter denying Jesus three times immediately following his arrest in Jerusalem. A different Peter is seen in Acts 4:5-20 after Jesus was crucified. This much-changed, empowered Peter healed the lame and boldly proclaimed Jesus before the Jewish authorities. John 21:1-19 provides yet another view of Peter's journey. In this scripture, Peter and the other disciples encounter the Risen Lord at the Galilean seashore, the third time Jesus had appeared to the disciples after being crucified. Three times Jesus asks Peter, "Do you love me?...then feed my sheep." Our path, like the path Peter walked, is often equally confusing. For that reason, the presence of others can help us find our way.

GOOD FRIDAY – A MESSAGE TO THE WORLD

TO EVERY NATION, EVERY HEART, EVERY VOICE:

Today is not just a date on the calendar.
It is a divine invitation.
Good Friday is the day when Jesus Christ, the Son of God, chose the cross so that YOU could be free.

“But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”
— Romans 5:8

The cross was not an accident—it was the mission.
The nails didn’t hold Him there—love did.
The punishment meant for us fell upon Him.

“He was pierced for our transgressions, He was crushed for our iniquities;
the punishment that brought us peace was upon Him, and by His wounds we are healed.”
— Isaiah 53:5

He bore the weight of the world—every sin, every shame, every failure—on His shoulders.
Why? Because He couldn’t bear the thought of eternity without YOU.

“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son,
that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.”
— John 3:16

On that hill called Calvary, perfect love was poured out.
He suffered, bled, and died—but death did not win.
His sacrifice tore the veil, shattered the curse, and opened the way to the Father.

“It is finished.”
— John 19:30
The price for your soul was paid in full.

Now, He stands at the door of your heart and knocks.

“Behold, I stand at the door and knock.
If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me.”
— Revelation 3:20

Will you turn to Jesus today?

He offers you forgiveness, freedom, and eternal life—not religion, but relationship.
Not condemnation, but restoration.
Not rules, but grace.

“If you declare with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.”
— Romans 10:9

This is your moment.
This is your day.
Come to the cross. Lay it all down. Let Him raise you up.

“Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”
— Romans 10:13

GOOD FRIDAY is not just about what happened to Jesus.
It’s about what can happen to YOU—if you believe.

JESUS IS CALLING.

🔥 Faith in Jesus gives us a global perspective. It reminds us that no matter where we are in the world, we are more than conquerors through Him. This truth is universal—faith in Him leads to victory, peace, and hope. As Romans 8:37 says:
“No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.”

🌍 No matter the trials you face in your part of the world, know that Jesus has already secured the victory. In John 16:33, Jesus assures us:
“I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.”

Good Morning, Beloved!

As we wake up to embrace this new day, let us be reminded of the incredible power and peace that comes from walking by faith. Life may present challenges, and we may face moments of uncertainty, but our faith in Jesus Christ empowers us to overcome any obstacle. With every new sunrise, we have an opportunity to renew our trust in God, knowing that He is working in ways we cannot always see or understand.

“For we live by faith, not by sight.” – 2 Corinthians 5:7

This verse is a gentle yet powerful reminder that our lives are not meant to be guided solely by what we see with our eyes, but by the unwavering trust we place in God’s eternal promises. Good Evening, Faith Family!

In moments when the path seems unclear and life feels overwhelming, remember the powerful promise of our faithful God: “I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert” (Isaiah 43:19). This verse reminds us that no matter how desolate or challenging our journey may appear, God is already at work, clearing the way and bringing life to barren places. His power to guide, provide, and comfort never fades, even in the most difficult seasons.

When we find ourselves standing before mountains that seem impossible to move or in valleys that feel endless, we must hold on to the unwavering truth that God’s presence goes before us. He is the Creator of miracles, the One who turns impossibilities into opportunities. His timing is perfect, and His plans are far greater than anything we could imagine.

Trust in Him, for He is the God who opens doors that no one can shut and lights up the darkest paths. The same God who parted the Red Sea for Moses and provided manna in the wilderness is with you today, ready to guide you through every storm and every trial.

The Bible reminds us in Lamentations 3:22-23, ‘The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; His mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness.’ This powerful truth encourages us to walk through life with assurance, knowing that the Creator of the universe is our protector and provider.
