Due to the ongoing restoration work of Sri Kurma Varadarajaswamy Temple, the annual Brahmotsavams are dropped this year 2024.

On these five days i.e., 23-March-2024 to 27-March-2024 daily Abhisheka Seva's and Maha Mangalaharathi will be performed before 12 noon. All the devotees are requested to attend on these days.

Along with Moola Virat, the recently unearthed Panchaloha Vigraha Uthsava Moorthy Darshanam will be happening.

శ్రీ కూర్మ వరదరాజస్వామి ఆలయ పునరుద్ధరణ పనుల కారణంగా, ఈ సంవత్సరం 2024 వార్షిక బ్రహ్మోత్సవాలు నిలిపివేయబడ్డాయి.

ఈ ఐదు రోజులలో అంటే, 23-మార్చి-2024 నుండి 27-మార్చి-2024 వరకు ప్రతిరోజూ అభిషేక సేవ మరియు మహా మంగళహారతి మధ్యాహ్నం 12 గంటలలోపు నిర్వహిస్తారు. ఈ రోజుల్లో భక్తులందరూ హాజరు కావాలని కోరారు.

మూల విరాట్‌తో పాటు ఇటీవల వెలికితీసిన పంచలోహ విగ్రహ ఉత్సవ మూర్తి దర్శనం జరగనుంది.

ஸ்ரீ கூர்ம வரதராஜசுவாமி கோவிலின் திருப்பணிகள் நடந்து வருவதால், இந்த ஆண்டு 2024 ஆம் ஆண்டு பிரம்மோத்ஸவங்கள் கைவிடப்படுகின்றன.

இந்த ஐந்து நாட்களில் அதாவது 23-மார்ச்-2024 முதல் 27-மார்ச்-2024 வரை தினசரி அபிஷேக சேவையும், மகா மங்களஹாரத்தியும் நண்பகல் 12 மணிக்கு முன் நடைபெறும். இந்த நாட்களில் பக்தர்கள் அனைவரும் கலந்து கொள்ளுமாறு கேட்டுக் கொள்ளப்படுகிறார்கள்.

மூலவிரதத்துடன், சமீபத்தில் கண்டெடுக்கப்பட்ட பஞ்சலோக விக்ரஹ உத்ஸவ மூர்த்தி தரிசனம் நடக்கிறது.

కూర్మాయి గ్రామం, పలమనేరు మండలం, చిత్తూరు జిల్లా, కూర్మ వరదరాజస్వామి దేవాలయంలో ఆలయ పునర్నిర్మాణం కోసం త్రవ్వకాలు జరుపుతూ ఉండగా బయట పడ్డ ఉత్సవ విగ్రహాలు...శ్రీమహావిష్ణువు, శ్రీదేవి, భూదేవి విగ్రహాలు, శంకు,చక్రాలు, పూజా క్రతువులకు వాడే సామగ్రి బయల్పడ్డాయి. దొరికిన విగ్రహాలు, వస్తువులు ఏ కాలం నాటివో పురావస్తు పరిశోధనలో తేలాల్సి ఉంది.

Kurma Varadarajaswamy temple, Kurmai, Palamaner has been well known as one of the ancient temples in Chittoor, Andhra pradesh. This temple is also popular for its annual Brahmotsavam where thousands of devotees visit. Ref:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p4uvDvMa094

Thanks to Andhra pradesh govt’s initiative to renovate 300 ancient temples all around the state, Kurmai’s temple is one of the selected for C.G.F aid. Proposal here is to dismantle the aged temple structure & reconstruct it so that it stands stronger for the next 50-75 years. Total estimated cost would be 1.25 crore & 1 crore of aid is sanctioned by the endowments department.

As a norm in these kinds of projects, the department mandated 25 Lakhs to be deposited initially as a matching contribution for initiating the C.G.F aid. Deposit has to be done by the end of July 2023. Temple authorities tried to get extension on date but could not get as next assembly elections are near-by & project would work on strict timelines.
