Hello everyone,
The Melur "Kovil" with presiding main deity being Lord Subramania Swamy along with Upadevathas of Ganapathy Bhagawan, Saraswathi Devi and Lord Aiyyappa are the only temple with common worship of all believers of this very village for decades. For the betterment and well being of all the personnel and communities living in this beautiful and lovely village,dedicated efforts are essential for the day to day poojas and upkeep of this ancient temple. Because of its prolonged age of existence and constant exposure to varying weather conditions the temple is in the urgent need of renovation. All Melurians of any walk of life should feel proud in stepping forward and extending their wholehearted morale and financial support for the envisaged upcoming renovations(which will incur a substantial amount) of the temple and personal participation of all temple related activities. As I am being the Committee President of the temple I do humbly request all of you to kindly come up with your valuable contributions for the renovation.
