When a community's long-standing spiritual place faces challenges or threats, those individuals who step up to protect and donate for its preservation are remembered and honored by the community. Nature too works in favor of their well-being and prosperity.

Today, the "Siddharth Buddha Vihar" in Sector-11, Noida, requires your proactive support. This is because the Noida Authority claims an outstanding amount of nearly four crores on this Buddha temple and intends to take possession from our community. Hence, to protect this beautiful two-story Buddha temple, where people come for inner peace, enrich their knowledge from its library, meditate, practice Vipassana, donate for charity and meals, and express their gratitude towards Buddha, Dhamma, and Sangha, it is the duty of all of us, no matter where we reside. Preserving and protecting such a sacred place is our special duty and responsibility. Baba Saheb first embraced this Dhamma and then gifted it to all of us for our well-being and progress. Now, the responsibility of its growth and protection lies with all of us.
Upon deep reflection, we realize that it's due to Baba Saheb that we received the Buddhist Dhamma and the wealth, prosperity, and respect that comes with it. Today, to protect the "Siddharth Buddha Vihar", this spiritual place seeks your utmost support.
We have obtained a stay order from the Honorable Allahabad High Court, but before the next hearing, we were instructed to deposit one crore rupees with the Noida Authority within six weeks. The association, with the support of all esteemed members of the community, has so far deposited ₹65,20,000 in the Noida Authority's account. For the remaining amount, our lawyer has filed an application in the Allahabad High Court. Currently, the lawyers are on strike. We are hopeful that we will get more time. As of 14.09.2023, with the support of donors, we have gathered almost 10 lakh rupees. This means we still need around 25 lakh rupees.
