My beloved brethren, it’s wonderful to live and witness another Easter celebration of this year 2020 despite of the cause crisis of national lockdown.
Behold, the fear of crisis is in our mind-set, but yet, without crisis there will be no victory. Christ’s death bring victory to all mankind which we are into the celebration now, and at the same time I declare to you, that this season of Easter celebration will resurrect every of your lost hope of good expectations, every of your lost hope of business success, every of your lost hope of contact and connections, every of your lost hope of work ideas, every of your lost hope of future glory and your courage and boldness to face every challenges of this life journey and overcome them in victory in Jesus name.
As you are celebrating this season of death and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ, bear it in your mind that death, include the evil agenda of the evil leaders of this world has completely lost their hold against you, if you believe from your heart the purpose of Jesus death and resurrection and accept Him in your heart as your personal Lordship.
Think about this as you celebrate this Easter season.

Message of transformation:- An attitude is a desire that comes from inside.

The self-discovery of your inborn leadership potential and an understanding of who you are and what you are meant to be are the keys to fulfilling your purpose for existence as a leader. Beloved, title, position, power, prestige, fame, and family name cannot make you a true leader because there are some unique attitudes of leaders that distinguish them from followers, and these attitudes produce certain behaviors that stretch the leader beyond the limitations of the average. It’s these attitudes that we will explore and call the spirit of leadership. Therefore, being in the position of a follower doesn't nullify your inborn leadership potential. But knowing and cultivating certain attitudes about yourself will give you the mind-set you need to develop your leadership potential to the fullest and fulfill what you were born to do. Many people want to make a lot of money, but it's not because they want the money itself. Behold, their fundamental desire for wealth is motivated by the desire for power to dominate and control lifestyle, circumstances, and environment. It's the power that money gives that makes us to pursue it any how; that is why naturally, every human wants to control his/her life, and money or wealth seems to promise them the power of control. We are after the feeling or sense of dominion that we get from the ability to buy what we want, live where we wish, eat what we desire, wear what we desire, and go wherever we decide to go. It’s the power over circumstances, and in some cases, over people that we seek. Beloved we have allowed circumstances, other people, and even our own baseless beliefs to block our natural leadership journey. We should never allow anybody to get the idea that we don't have a will or an individual perspective of our own. Others may be in positions of authority over us, which we should respect, but that doesn't mean that they should suppress our inborn potential as leaders. Beloved, true leadership is an attitude that naturally inspires and motivates others, and it comes from discovery about who you are. Behold, you cannot learn an attitude. An attitude is a perspective, a motivation, or a desire that comes from within and is not based on temporary external consequences. It’s something deeply personal and internal that influences and transforms your thinking about yourself and your ability, value, self-worth, self-esteem, outlook on life, actions, and perceptions of others.

Message of transformation:- The power of attitude.

It's the mind-set or mental conditioning that determines our interpretation of and response to our environments. It's our way of thinking. It’s also important to understand that attitude is a natural product of the combination of our self-worth, self-concepts, self-esteem, and sense of value or significance. In essence, your attitude is the manifestation of who you think you are. Beloved, leaders think differently about themselves, and this differentiates them from followers. We live our lives based on who we think we are. If you believe in your heart that you are a follower, then you will stay in the prison that others have placed you in, or you have made for yourself: if you think that you are a leader, then you will journey beyond mandate limitations and embark on the life of leadership that you were born to live. You will develop into someone who inspires and influences others within your inborn domain. Beloved, no amount of training in leadership skills, courses in management methods, power titles, promotions, or associations can substitute for the right attitudes. I am convinced that all the money in the world may make you rich, but it can never make you a leader. Your leadership development is determined by your perceptions of who you are and why you exist, in other words, your sense of significance to life. Beloved, it’s my understanding that the nature of each human being is to be in control of his environment and circumstances because, each of us was created to rule, govern, control, master, manage, and lead our environments. Therefore, you are a leader, no matter who you are, regardless of whether you manifest it or not; whether you are rich, poor, young, old, male, female, black, white, educated, or uneducated; you have the nature and capacity for leadership. Therefore, you can fulfill your inborn leadership potential only when you discover, understand, develop, and begin to exercise who you are designed to be and the nature of your true leadership potential.
