With hearts weighed in profound grief and in great reverence, we bow in deepest obeisance to our beloved Gurudeb, who departed from this earthly plane yesterday. Though his physical presence has left us too soon, his spirit, wisdom, and boundless compassion shall continue to guide us on the path of devotion and dharma.

As Bhagwan Sri Krishna Revealed to us in the Srimad Bhagavad Gita (Chapter 2, Verse 20):

न जायते म्रियते वा कदाचि
नायं भूत्वा भविता वा न भूयः ।
अजो नित्यः शाश्वतोऽयं पुराणो
न हन्यते हन्यमाने शरीरे ॥ 2:20 ॥

“The soul is neither born, nor does it die; nor having once existed, does it ever cease to be. The soul is unborn, eternal, immortal, and ageless. It is not destroyed when the body is destroyed.”

Our Gurudeb’s eternal light remains untouched by time or change. His teachings and blessings will forever illuminate our journey, reminding us to live with faith, service, and surrender. We were truly blessed to have walked under the guidance and grace of our beloved Gurudeb.

While the void of his absence is immeasurable, his presence in our hearts is perpetual. May we honor him by walking steadfastly on the path he showed us, with love, humility, and utmost devotion.

Om Shanti Om. 🙏

|| Speech by Our Revered Gurudeb Prabhupada Śrīlā Kandarpa Gopāla Goswāmī on the Sacred Occasion of Guru Purnima 2025 ||

Radhe Radhe! 🙏

On July 10, 2025, we gathered at the Ashram to celebrate Guru Purnima, which coincides with the full moon in Ashadha.

Guru Purnima (Sanskrit: गुरुपूर्णिमा or Gurupūrṇimā) is a significant Hindu religious festival dedicated to honoring all spiritual and academic gurus. It is also referred to as Vyasa Purnima, as it commemorates the birth of Veda Vyasa, the sage who composed the Mahabharata and compiled the Vedas.

The term "guru" originates from the Sanskrit roots, gu and ru, where the term gu signifies “darkness” or “ignorance,” while the term ru means “dispeller or disperser”. Thus, a guru is essentially the dispeller of darkness or ignorance of the human mind.

The observance of Guru Purnima is characterized by spiritual practices, which includes an array of rituals, but most prominently, a ceremonial Guru Puja, dedicated to the guru or teacher. In Nabadwip, it is a time to remember and honor the teachings of the great Vaishnava saints, including Mahaprabhu Krishna Chaitanya (Gaur) and Nityanand Prabhu (Nitai) along with their long line of learned disciples.

At our Ashram, we paid tribute to our esteemed Guru, Prabhu Advaita Acharya, who initiated Mahaprabhu Gaur’s spiritual journey, and also paying homage to Prabhu Śrīlā Ananda Gopala Goswami.

This video covers the Inauguration Speech by our Gurudeb, along with announcements of Merit Scholarship and other pledges by the Ashram, followed by Guru Puja by our beloved and revered Guru Minanka Gopala Goswami ji , followed by our Ashram's Prasad Seva (Service).

May the blessings of the divine be forever be with you! Radhe Radhe! 🙏

Radhe Radhe! 🙏

On the luminous full moon night of July 10, 2025, our ashram emerged as a living tapestry of reverence and renewal, its ancient halls suffused with fragrant incense, gentle chants, and the hushed tremor of devotion.

The holy day of Guru Purnima at the ashram was more than ritual, it was a living poem of gratitude, a convergence of past, present, and future, where each gesture, chant, and silent vow reaffirmed the timeless bond between guru and disciple.

As dawn’s first light kissed the silent courtyards, disciples assembled, their hearts poised in gratitude, ushering in the sacred **Purnima Tithi**. Central to the day’s spirit was the honoring of Adi Guru, Maharishi Ved Vyasa, whose birth anniversary this auspicious day commemorates.

The ashram’s inner sanctum was adorned with garlands of fresh flowers, bright petals scattered over the Guru’s portrait or symbol, alongside offerings of fruits, sweets, and incense in a sacred Guru Puja. An act of sublime humility followed, as disciples performed **Padapuja**, bowing to touch the Guru’s feet, and received Charanamrita (the blessed nectar). During the ceremony, a gentle glow from the aarti lamp shimmered, a luminous homage to the guiding light of knowledge dispelling the shadows of ignorance. In this ashram sanctuary, the air pulsed with soft kirtans and melodic bhajans and chants that rose in waves, echoing the silent promises of the disciples to walk their guru’s path with sincerity and steadfastness.

In quiet corners, seekers sat in heartfelt meditation, reflecting upon the transformative wisdom imparted to them, while others observed fasting, their minds purified and spirits focused on the inner journey. Disciples offered heartfelt dakshina in modest tokens of appreciation, honoring not only their gurus but the spirit of giving that their mentors embodied. In the golden warmth of afternoon, hari kirtan and collective spiritual discourses emerged, where teachings resonated anew and disciples found communal strength, solidarity, and inspiration. As night approached, the ashram glowed with lamps, where the full moon above blessed the culmination of sacred observances with its silver tranquility.

{⚜️Insights by Gurudeb⚜️}

Radhe Radhe! 🙏

We are profoundly honored to announce the upcoming launch of our video blog series, a heartfelt endeavor dedicated to sharing the timeless wisdom and profound spiritual guidance of our revered Gurudeb. This series is thoughtfully envisioned to illuminate a myriad of life lessons and practical guidance, all beautifully derived from the sacred principles enshrined within Vaishnava texts and a vast ocean of spiritual literature. As a deeply respected scholar and true sage, Gurudeb's discourses offer not just intellectual insight but also empathetic understanding, designed to gently guide us through life's complexities and foster a deeper connection to our spiritual path. We believe this new platform will serve as an accessible beacon of light, bringing his invaluable teachings directly into your homes and hearts.

In the first video of the series, our revered Gurudeb delves into the spiritual meaning, rituals, and cultural significance of {|Govardhan Puja|} aka {|Annakoot Puja|}, shedding light on its deep connection to Lord Sri Krishna and its importance within the Vaishnava community.

"Annakoot Puja"🪔 | Significance, Rituals & Celebration🎊

Govardhan Puja, also known as Annakut or Annakoot (meaning "mountain of food"), is a vibrant Hindu festival celebrated on the first lunar day of the bright fortnight in the month of Kartika, falling on the fourth day of Diwali. This special occasion honors Lord Krishna and his miraculous lifting of the Govardhan Hill to protect the villagers of Vrindavan from a deluge sent by Lord Indra. The festival is widely celebrated across India and in Hindu communities worldwide, bringing people together to offer prayers, food, and gratitude.✨

Amongst the Vaishnava community, Govardhan Puja is a significant event that recalls the divine act of Lord Sri Krishna shielding the villagers and imparting the lesson of surrendering to the Lord’s protection.

On this day, devotees prepare a vast array of Satvik (vegetarian) dishes to offer to Lord Krishna as a symbol of gratitude and devotion. The mountain of food offered during this celebration is a metaphorical representation of Govardhan Hill and serves as a ritual to renew faith in God’s protection and grace.

Join us as we dive into the heart of this beautiful celebration! 🙏✨

Radhe Radhe! 🙏

Sharing moments from Day 2 of festivities and celebrating || Ma Saraswati || The Goddess of Knowledge at our Ashram attended by a hearty abundance of our Ashram's community members and beloved devotees.✨

It was heartwarming to witness such a grand gathering who came to attend and celebrate the Goddess of knowledge and wisdom at the Ashram. The aura all around was palpable, with everyone immersed in bhakti and solitude.

The second day began with a ceremonial puja of Mahaprabhu Sri Krishna Chaitanya. The air was thick with incense and the sounds of sacred mantras, creating an atmosphere of pure devotion. After the puja, we had the privilege of serving prasadam to thousands of attendees, sharing the blessings of the Lord with all.🎊

The highlight of the Mahotsav was undoubtedly the sacred evening Nabadwip Parikrama! All the ashram attendees joined in this joyous procession, singing kirtans and celebrating Lord Gaurango with every step. It was a truly unforgettable experience.
The evening was filled with more celebrations, leaving everyone with hearts full of joy and gratitude.

Radhe Radhe! 🙏

On the auspicious occasion of Vasant Panchami this year, we honored the Goddess of Knowledge 📖||Ma Saraswati||🙏at our Ashram with deep reverence.

The holy celebrations began with our revered Gurudeb’s commencement speech followed by sounds of laughter and devotional songs as devotees arrived and connected with each other.

Observed on the fifth day of the Hindu month of Magha (usually late January or early February), this festival is a joyous occasion filled with tradition, symbolism, and a whole lot of positive energy.

As spring blooms in the air, a sense of renewal fills our hearts, and a vibrant yellow hue seems to color everything around us. It is the holy time to celebrate Saraswati Puja! This beautiful festival, also known as Vasant Panchami, is a celebration of Goddess Saraswati, the embodiment of knowledge, music, art, wisdom, and learning. Think of Ma as the ultimate guide, the source of inspiration for everything creative and intellectual. ✨

Surrounded by the rich tapestry of Hindu festivals, Saraswati Puja is definitely one of the most pious occasions as it is a celebration of the power of knowledge and the importance of nurturing one's minds. 💭

Imagine a world without learning, without music, without art – it sure would be a bleak picture! That is why celebrating Ma Saraswati is so vital as she represents all the elements that make life richer and more meaningful.

One of the most beautiful aspects of Saraswati Puja are the rituals. While they might vary slightly from region to region, the core essence remains the same. With a lot of pomp and glory, Ma Saraswati is revered with gracious offerings of fruits, sweets, and, of course, yellow blooming flowers. Students, teachers, artists, musicians, and everyone who values knowledge and creativity – participates in the puja, seeking the blessings of Ma Saraswati for success in their respective fields. It is a time for reflection, a time to acknowledge the importance of learning, and a time to recommit to the pursuit of wisdom.

And the symbolism woven into this festival is also truly mesmerizing! The color "yellow" represents spring, renewal, and optimism. The goddess herself, often depicted holding a 🪕Beena (musical instrument), symbolizes the power of music and the arts. 🎼🎨 And the books and other tools of learning placed near her idol emphasize the importance of education and intellectual growth. It is a holistic celebration that touches upon so many aspects of human life.

In the entirety, Saraswati Puja isn't just a festival; it is a divine experience to be cherished, and a reminder to embrace the power of knowledge, to nurture our creativity, and to always strive for wisdom. It is a celebration of new beginnings, a time to shed old habits and embrace new opportunities for growth.

So, this Vasant Panchami, we heartily celebrated the goddess of knowledge and all that she represents with our vibrant community at the Ashram.
