Pranavopasana Pranavopasana is the school of Sanskrit and Indian Traditional Yoga The name Pranavopasana means Pranava means OM. Upasana means concentration or worship.

Here is the bright way of life style which gives you the great Indian tradition knowledge of Yoga and Samskruta. The Indian tradition Vedas and Upanishads are telling the OM is the root of all the procedure. This OMkara gives highest state of mind. So that we are giving you the method for concentration on OM. Here is the trainer Acharya Vinay Bhat who know the knowledge of Yoga , Samskruta, Agama pravara , Yoga Therapy and Krishna Yajurveda.
