Luo Sang, a Chinese national who was arrested last night in a raid by the Income Tax department under charges of money laundering and representing fake Chinese companies in hawala transactions, was earlier arrested by Delhi Police on spying charges.

Today marks 7 years since I took office. With the blessing of His Holiness the Dalai Lama and support of the Tibetan people, the Central Tibetan Administration has served wholeheartedly to advocate for the Tibetan freedom movement around the world.

We Tibetans can be proud of the fact that the narrative of the exiled-Tibetan community has transformed from a victim mindset to that of a success story.

However, our work is not finished until His Holiness returns home to Lhasa, and freedom and justice is restored inside Tibet.

So, my brothers and sisters, let us work in unity—stronger than ever—to make this dream come true.
